Very homely

Kara is a charming Host and most welcoming to her guests. All the information is provided in the rooms for the local area. Breakfasts were really good each morning & set you up for the day ahead. Sunrise Guest House is well located in town & so close to the sea/ beach with a great Golf course opposite. Parking was never an issue. There's an abundance of places to have coffee, cream teas & dinner within walking distance & so much to see & do before venturing further out of town. Would recommend Sunrise GH for a stay in Bude.

The best place to stay in Bude. Beautiful, clean rooms (including a bar of Dairy Milk 👌) and I can highly recommend the breakfast.

Lovely friendly host and room and breakfast was very nice.

A lovely B & B opposite the golf course. We had a decent size room at the front, with a good bed, shower in a room decorated to a very good standard, The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Parking is limited to 2 hours between 9 to 6.

Perfect

Spotlessly clean. My single room was nicely proportioned and perfect for my stay. Bath towel better than most 4star hotels I’ve been in. Full English breakfast (other options available) was one of the best I’ve ever had - perfectly cooked and not greasy at all. In March I didn’t have any problem parking in the street.

It’s proximity and convenience for us - and the help offered was superb. We’ll be back in Bude a few times this winter and had Sunrise been open we would have stayed there.

A 3 night stay in Bude- Kara was warm and welcoming, excellent breakfast choices, especially Tony's omelette!! The room was lovely, nice bed, excellent facilities- would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others ❤️

We were made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The decor of the whole house was very tasteful.

Bath was a highlight

Amazing B&B - super clean and tidy and well maintained! Lovely people running it who made everyone feel welcome. Good location and a lovely place to visit with nice walks. Only issue for entire 2 night stay was the noise on Saturday night from a neighbour who is apparently a problem on occasion - playing music at late hours which is basey and bangs through walls which was unpleasant to hear as was trying to relax. Shame about this as would be absolutely perfect otherwise.

The host Kara was lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable.. the breakfast was hot and well presented. We would definitely recommend to stay here. We also met Tony who was very nice and polite. Thank you for making our stay so good.

Die Pension ist schön gelegen, das Frühstück sehr gut (man wählt am Vorabend das warme Essen aus), die Gastgeber freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer selbst ist nicht erholsam: eine Badewanne steht im Zimmer direkt vor dem Fenster: beim Duschen wird fast alles nass und man kann kaum das Ausstellfenster bedienen - das Zimmer wird sehr warm, da auch die Sonne ab Nachmittag direkt aufs Fenster scheint. Es gibt keinen Stuhl oder Sessel, keinen Tisch zum Schreiben oder daran zu essen. Es gibt viele Kleiderbügel im Schrank, aber als Wanderer kann man eigentlich nichts auswaschen,- wo will man die nassen Sachen aufhängen? Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig, man hlrt jedes Wasserrauschen der Nachbarn. Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft - vielleicht in einem anderen Zimmer als Nr.7. Eigentluch ganz nett, aber
