The property needs cosmetic maintenance. Stains on walls and carpets all tough out. Musty smell in the whole hotel.

I stay at this hotel almost every month, when I come to town. Usually, it is a pleasant, uneventful stay. This time however, I woke at 1:20 am to a fire alarm. It was very scary since I was on the 3rd floor. The alarm went on and off for about 20 minutes. There were no instructions or staff to advise what was happening. The other guests, were just peeking out their doors. At checkout, I asked what happened. I was told the system was malfunctioning. The repair people have been out several times and said it was fixed. Not a great visit.

Well..... EVERY night the property smelled like weed..... People smoking weed EVERY night out front..... Even the night time desk guy.... Who's wife also works there.... And according to him, she smokes weed also but has stopped because she is pregnant..... I paid HOOD money for a relaxing stay and I DID NOT get that!!!!! My entire room smelled like weed. So apparently THIS HOTEL supports weed smoking by their employees EVEN while they are on shift. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to ANY respectable family

This hotel has been our go-to for trips back home, family reunions, etc. We've enjoyed the cleanliness and the service multiple times. The last couple of visits we've noticed a marked decline. This time it started with not receiving an ADA room that was reserved, and an alternate shower seat that didnt fit the standard tub. The rooms were musty smelling and in need of repair. The complimentary breakfast was not worth the cost - no butter for the waffles, and the only meat was a breaded chicken patty. The service we received at the front desk was minimal, almost being brushed off because we booked through a 3rd party system. Regardless of how we ended up there, we are now guests and should receive the same earnest service as a guest booked any other way.

Nice place to stay for the price. This is an older property. I've been staying here about once a month since it was new. Staff is welcoming. Breakfast is good.

Facility in much need of renovations. Carpets stained & need replacing. Evening staff was put off that we interrupted time on their cell phone. But that said the bathroom was clean & the ac worked great. Probably won’t stay there again.

This hotel is dated, but clean. The staff was efficient. The bathroom was not finished well around the tub. Towels were well worn. Bed was old and lumpy. Will not stay here again!

This hotel experience was by far The worst I have ever had. We traveled from 12 hours away only to get to the hotel and our key wouldn’t work. It kept demagnetizing, there was plenty of towels, which is usually the issue that we always have however, the cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting. There was mold on the ceiling over the beds. The carpet was super stained, and there were spots on the side of the mattress. I did not see signs of bedbugs, which was a good thing. but when we first walked into the room, it smelled of pure bleach like they had just cleaned it to cover a smell up, the bleach smell was so strong that my son who has asthma has coughed all weekend long. It’s already bad enough with the heat, we left the air on so that when we came back to the room, it would be cool. However, the room stunk of mildew so bad it was crazy. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a thick epoxy substance on the air conditioner vent, & the curtains that you close had rips all in them. Not to mention Friday night to Saturday morning about 2 AM There was big booms going off (and not fireworks) that shook the walls. When I asked about it the next morning no one knew what it was. Shocking! However the breakfast was decent, and the lady working the counter at night was really nice!

Positives.. price was competitive, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Negatives..Room wasn’t clean when we showed up. Had to wait for towels and wash clothes. Hallways smelt like BO and someone was smoking Marijuana.

Needed accessible room. Made reservation for such. Was told there was only one room on the premises that was accessible. I called twice on the day of arrival to confirm we were enroute and needed the accessible room. When we arrived we entered a room that had a very musty odor. The carpet had horrible stains. There were no towels or wash rags. No soap. None of the usual shampoo, etc. No tolite tissue or kleenex. It was a tub bath/shower with the shower curtain missing. I could not call for the items since the phone did not work. The front desk personnel treated us like we were a bother. Not the least bit apologetic. I told her I had called twice before arrival and there was no reason the room should not have been prepared. I had to have the accessible room, if not I would have asked them to move us. I had stayed here 12 months ago on the second floor and things were great. This visit will keep me from going back when I visit my family there.
