Asked for add’l coffee 4 rm staff didn’t know where it was said would deliver to rm never recd. rm dirty, holes in ceiling, carpet was damp, stains on bed cover.

The receptionist in the morning and afternoon are very rude. The towels in room had blood and I called the from desk and the told me I had to go downstairs and the towels and I just had surgery on my right foot. Plus there was no toilet paper in the restroom. And I still haven’t received my $100.00 pet deposit

Realmente me sorprendio el constante olor a humedad en el cuarto. No hubo toma de corriente o contacto que sirviera en el baño. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahi y realmente me decepcionó esto.

It was very noisy, there was lots of kids running up and down the halls. Lots of door slamming. I was there for four nights and barely got any sleep.

Pool was being cleaned so wasn’t available to be used.front desk wanted to charge 30$ for early check in. Was a decent stay.

The breakfast was limited and poor quality. The TV service was intermittent and limited selection

Quiet and clean

Close to restaurants, felt safe, breakfast was okay. AC was noisy, and it needs a room paint job. Pool could use deep cleaning. For price bed was comfortable and bathroom clean.

Great stay. Convenient to many stores & restaurants.

It was an okay stay. Other guests were loud/running around their rooms (stomping) and in the hallways. This caused us to not sleep the second night of our stay. Guests were also fighting a few rooms down and were yelling/screaming. They then started to fight in the parking lot area by screaming and attempting to drive off leaving one of their party behind. I wish we could have received some sort of discount or future credit for this inconvenience.

It was a nice property and good location. Many stores and restaurants near by. Only bad thing was the restroom door didn't close.

First, there was a nice coffee set up in the front lobby. However, there was no coffee and the desk clerk said they only put coffee in the morning. Next when we opened the door to our room it had a damp, unpleasant odor. The next morning we went down for breakfast. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. No hot food other than make your own waffle. And not even sure if there was actually batter for it.Poor fruit selection. Very unappealing atmosphere.

Staff unfriendly. Elevators not working. I saw an elderly lady having to take stairs to the 4th floor. Very rude. Paid for my pet. Did not clean room because I had a pet. Breakfast horrible. Never staying there again!

This hotel smells horrible.

Nice nice place

The service desk person was very nice and helpful. The pool was dirty. We couldn’t really watch television due to that we have no subscription to those apps and no antenna connection. Breakfast was so, so. One of the female workers was rude to a lady. The lady asked the worker if she could get more potatoes & the female worker said in Spanish (only language she spoke) “there’s sausage you can have that.” The lady said “ I can’t eat sausage” & the worker walked away saying in Spanish “Oh, well.” The elevator did breakdown and it was handled immediately.

Clean hotel and no expensive

Nice staff, old property.

Hotel lobby was very nice. Room looked like pictures. Inside lock on door in disrepair. Got locked out of the room. Clerk was prepared with hanger and you could see marks on door frame from past incidents. Room ac was unable to keep space cool. Security was an issue as door from pool didn't auto close properly. Offer washer and dryer.. washer took coins but dryer required an app to use. Breakfast didn't taste right.
