I left a belonging and I emailed to get it returned and I received no reply.

沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。

Nice and clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds for the hotel and location.

The White House end of the hotel is lovely. Sadly we were in a different part where the rooms were tired and ultra basic. Our room stank of vomit, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the bed. We only had one towel and one toilet roll for two of us sharing a double room. The staff were kind but lacked an understanding of hospitality, in particular they were confused when serving dinner. Two meals came out wrong, then were corrected before being taken away, then came back, then away again. Eventually we got what we ordered and it was reasonable food. The stay was average at best.

Ascot weekend so hectic as expected however the main building is lovely but the majority of the rooms can only be thought of as the equivalent of premier inn rooms. The hotel is a confusing maze, if you’re in the blue or green wing long walk to find anything. Rats were spotted in the bar and grounds. Restaurant dinner was a disaster when we mentioned one of the party members had an allergy the food was delivered and taken away 3 x before it could be eaten as they said they hadn’t adhered to the wiping down of surfaces before preparing the food. Convenient for ascot but we won’t return . Breakfast was good.

Considering this was touted as a high end hotel, the facilities were shabby. The room was adequate but was stingy on towels. We had no help with bags after asking. Staff were friendly.

A lovely experience stopped for 1 night whilst visiting theme parks, 2 children. Huge grounds and very grand place, staff very helpful, nice spacious family room with park, pool and woodland trail. Delicious breakfast.... Lots of walking as place is so big! But just need to move car to appropriate car park as there are about 5! Would highly recommended this hotel.

Check in area was deafening with what seemed like 2 conferences being checked in in the foyer area. Parking away from check in and needing to walk there is odd and not well described. The room stank. Of vomit in the bedroom and some other vile smell in the bathroom. The sofa bed was astonishingly uncomfortable and very loud if you moved. Breakfast was mediocre.

The cooked breakfast was cold and cold plates This was the only let down for our stay.

We stayed in one of the green wing family rooms. Overall the room size was spacious and ample space for two adults with 2 toddlers. But the sofa bed which is meant for two kids, was absolutely shocking, the sofa bed had seen better days, and it dipped and Mattress was thing as paper, not comfortable for anyone to sleep on. These rooms don’t have air con, but the fan they supply to the room of this size is a table top desk can, 15cm in height. Overall on the face it, it was a well maintained outside hotel, good breakfast selection, but, the room did fail to meet expectations.

Really lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Room was fine although a really funny smell in there? Room opposite were having a terrible argument and screaming at each other. Didn’t last long and can’t be helped and no reflection on the hotel. If it wasn’t for the strange smell in the room, I would have rated it a 5.

Clean, comfortable bed and furnishings. Excellent breakfast!

This hotel is advertised as having EV charging, but it has only 2 slow Chargers for the entire hotel. The pool was full and we were told we would get a call when space became available, but 3 hours later we never had a call back. A booking system would have been better. The most disappointing thing however was that this hotel did not have any air conditioning!

Great amenities. Restaurant is a bit lacking on their buffet but something decent can be eaten there Site is great. Lovely hotel. Room is quite small for a family of 3, toilet is definitely for children not adults. Overall good stay

Disappointed overall, the Front desk staff were rude, except one member staff that we me on the last day. We only stayed for two nights. On arrival, we had one towel in the room for 3 guests! Requested soft pillows , no one came to the room to replace them that night. There was no fridge in the room despite being mid 20's so no where to store cool drinks. No air conditioning in the room 1059, provided with one fan. The Pool is basic, no sauna or steam facilities and the corridor walking up to the pool is filthy.... don't forget to were your sliders! Breakfast was ok, Sabrina was exceptionally helpful. the grounds are lovely and well maintained.

A well located hotel set in beautiful grounds with good amenities for all ages. The hotel is spread across multiple buildings, and whilst it has ramps and lift access, if you have mobility issues you will definitely need to be nearest to the main hotel reception.

Great estate , clean room

Good hotel. Much larger than expected - over 5 minute walk from reception to our room. Lack of Air Conditioning was a challenge given how hot it was when we were there. Rooms are smaller than usual.

Great location, beautiful grounds, lovely room & good breakfast. Pool was nice too.
