Great location if needing to be close to airport and also tube station. Very clean. Great breakfast. Excellent dining staff and very helpful front desk. Clean and spacious enough rooms.

old carpet in the room look hotel has not evolved since 20 years. no efficient AC in the fitness center. check inn check out process shows the system is a burden for the staff. very friendly and helpfull staff however

1- Needs update (both property and staff trainings) 2- when paying $25 for breakfast buffet, paying $4.00 extra for each bottle of water is no guest service. Water bottles should be no charge with breakfast.

Amazing staff and really helpful

The hotel is super plain, but super friendly. The food is amazing. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Shout out to Mr. Rafiq in the front desk Nermine & Basant by the pool and everyone else that made my stay extra special.

Staff is great, clean room, and amazing breakfast and we almost tried all the restaurant at the location I would recommends the Thai restaurant and the Latin restaurant

The choice for the breakfast was very good. The staff in the breakfast room and in the bar was very kind and helpful. Since I am very sensitive to noise I have asked at the reception early morning after the first night to change the room. They immediately took care of my requesting and I could change to a more quiet room. All in all I had a good stay at the hotel
