离马路很近，所以很吵。空调的风量没有变化，而且直接吹到床上，房间家具、设施都比较旧

Staff were all great and very accommodating and polite. Front desk was excellent at the time of check-in. Room is very spacious and clean with complete needs. Pool was well maintained. Food service was great. Just needs time to call a taxi or Grab due to location. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Staff was accommodating and polite even when we checked in really late. The room was clean and our stay was comfortable. The hotel was close to the airport so it was convenient for us and it was easy to book a Grab from the hotel. Would recommend this hotel.

Not so accessible to Taxis. Old type hotel. Shower flows slow.

Location is good and the staff were great. But the facilities are old rusty and a lot were broken. Initial room we check into was almost okay but the drain shutters for the bathtub wasn't there at all so it had to be called in and so they provided, after it being used the shutters can't be taken off, so they had to move us to a different room because their engineering team will have to look into in. 2nd room same case no drain shutters for the tub and I didn't mind anymore because I was tired. Settled and unpacked, Until cockroach 1 in the bathroom was running, 2 at the back of the door and 3 in the sink area of the kitchen. I was just so tired and I didn't mind reporting anymore. I left the dead roaches in plain sight so they staff could see what the disaster was.

The breakfast food is not international.standard, very poor service!

The old look wasn't much of a problem for us. We also loved food, and the service. I just hoped the pool got cleaned up regularly.

The bathtub was broken. Location wasn't tourist friendly.

It's all good especially the hospitality of the receptionist and staff. Really helpful.

Great place to stay. We have enjoyed our free breakfast buffet, and spacious suite. They also have kind and nice staff. Very recommendable.
