Recptionist (I think she is the owner) is very friendly & helpful, I arrived early & got the room. Breakfast cafe is nice too. Room is spacious even I booked a single room. Excellent location, 5-10 mins walk to train station and just next to the town center entrance.

Beautiful space and conveniently located.

What a lovely clean, spacious hotel. We had a family room and there was a separate area (separate room really but no door) for the kids. Great breakfast with fruit, croissants, ham&cheese, eggs, lots of cakes. Nice area and not noisy. Beds very comfortable. One of the best sleeps this week.

Good location but very noisy at night. Entry is in the zone where you can’t always drive, so be aware.

I had a room that the bed is right next to the toilet. The room is very small compare to the price. However, the location of the hotel is near to the ferry port and central. Easy to find once you are up on ground level from the port. If you have luggages with you, please use the lift, do not try to drag it up 500 stairs to the ground level where everything are..

Me and 2 of my friends spent 3 nights at this hotel. We were in Italy for 9 days and this was the most disappointing hotel out of all the places we stayed. The location is good (right in the piazza tassa aka city center) and the rooms were fine, but they offer nothing else. It’s very “no frills.” If you need anything, good luck. The blow dryer in our room was broken and we asked for 3 days to get a replacement blow dryer (because one was promised with our booking). The cleaning crew kept saying they’d bring one but never did. They were then was very rude with us when we said we had to go buy our own blow dryer and they accused us of stealing their converter. The rooms might be fine for 2 people but way too small for 3 and the cot, which the third person has to sleep on, is old and uncomfortable. I’ve been to Italy a few times and there are plenty of other hotels I’d recommend instead of this place.

Very clean and great location. If you are coming from the port, take a taxi. Otherwise you will walk up some stairs and it’s not fun with luggage. There is a lift available but you have to drag your luggage to the elevator. Beat to taxi. Also going back to the airport we took a Curreggi shuttle. Pickup is at the Sorrento train station and you book you tickets on line. Would stay here again lastly it may not seem like the a/c works. But it does. Just takes a little bit of time too cool the room.

Location is A+ with shops, restaurants, cafes, etc within a very short walking distance. Room and bathroom clean. Great shower force. Breakfast was so- so. Most days food not plenished and had to flag down a person to get coffee.

Central and clean

It is located in an unbeatable location, very close to the main street. It is quiet and clean. The staff was extremely helpful with booking tours and recommending restaurants. If you arrive with a car make sure to ask where to park, because you cannot park in front of the hotel.
