Washer&dryer in the room. Cool AC. Close to everything!

My family and I stay in 1 Bedroom Suite for 9 nights. The suite is near Old Town, that is a populated area saturated with activities in weekend. The price is cheap, however, you have to do your own house keeping. You have to clean the living room, bathroom and bathtub by yourself. Staying for 2 or 3 days without house keeping might be OK. But that is not quite good for me to stay 9 nights.

My family has stayed here many, many time and enjoy the room, location and the pool! But was disappointed when checking in this time. We have VIP perks and have gotten early check in whenever we have arrived before 4:00. This time the man at the desk was not friendly and said room not available period. I ask when he thought it might be and he was vary vague. I felt he didn’t want to help me out I even said can you please call or text me when the room is available. He never did when we returned later he was not there and another person was working. At this point a few hours had gone by and it was about 4:00. Women stated room still not available but then checked to see if any rooms were available and got us checked in. We also never received and text after check in to see how everything was, which is past stays we did. I just felt the customer service was lacking compared to previous stays.

A localização do hotel é excelente, mas o atendimento muito ruim, pessoas confusas atendendo, principalmente em relação ao dia da faxina, que tem direito a 1 em cada 8 dias. Falta de produtos de limpeza na recepção quando mais precisamos. Ficaria novamente no hotel, mas já sabendo que eles tem um pessimo atendimento.

Always fine and convenient to Old Town

The stay was relaxing as usual. We did not have any issues or problems. The staff were nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Live the barefoot suites. Large enough room for every one. Can walk to old town and world food trucks we love staying her Not large pool if we go for the pool we stay other hotel

What a great location for hanging out in old town. Unit was spacious well stocked and clean. I would highly recommend this unit for four adults.

I went with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. My kids loved it. We will definitely stay there when I go to Orlando again!!

Much better than the last stay there!

It’s very good not excellent but good. The situation was the access to the pool area. From the building you need to walk the entire parking lot or crossing the grass area where the little raccoon lives. Another situation are the housekeepers they don’t have any. They told us that they will bring towels every 8 days. There was a dishwasher a broom and cleaning stuff so they pretend that in my vacation I will clean and that’s a No No. the best part? Location.

This is my go-to place to stay in Kissimmee. It's walking distance to Old Town and absolutely wonderful

Welp as trying Resorts for travel trying to find that one we will stay in 💯 of time go to Orlando, tried this place .... seen ln Instagram and Facebook... um if yoy want the food parks or food truck park at walking distance this is food place. However in all these two says was not bad but not good persay. I tried ut stayed and will count it out as looking for "that everytime place too stay" asding front desk is fabulous the workers they are sweet and professional... but our two bedroom rented lacked alot and just did not do ir for me i mean for real just wasnt a true 4star place if h ask me but for monies paid it

Toimiva kokonaisuus hyvällä sijainnilla. Asunnossa hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja iso parveke allas- ja lampinäkymällä. Lammessa muun muassa pieniä alligaattoreita sekä kilpikonnia ja kaloja. Paljon parkkipaikkoja. Voisin valita tämän majoituksen myös toisella kerralla!

The pool and recreation area was nice and the rooms were nice and clean.

Loved our view from the balcony... Saw racoons,deer, and an aligator on the property which was awesome!! The beds are HORRIBLE!! Stiff and creaky... Needs updating. Couch is also uncomfortable. Everything needs updating--Decor from 1990s.. Pool tiles falling off everywhere...Hot tub deck is falling apart and is a trip hazzard.
