Wonderful personnel, from the front desk to the man who was in charge of the complementary breakfast. I had one complaint about a condition issue and it was addressed promptly by management. I appreciate that. I’ve stayed at many Hamptons in the past. I will continue to do so.

Breakfast was good but room was in poor condition, the shower /tub made weird noises and it felt like you might fall through the ceiling, needs refurbishing

Storm came through town, power was out at hotel, but the staff working the front desk were friendly and accommodating. They provided a flashlight, and helped us bring our bags up to the 3rd floor.

Party of 5 with a dog. The suite the hotel had for us was dirty. Floor carpet was wet and dirty.

Did not like that the pet fee was $75 and non refundable on top of the other deposit.

I stay here often. I like the proximity and quite honesty the price. I bring my own cleaning supplies and clean the room when i get here each time. The bed was clean upon arrival and the room smelled on the cleaner side. Floors were definitely not washed but at least its not carpet! The staff is normally always very friendly. There is one exception but she doesnt ruin the vibe for me. Breakfast...hmm if you like water for coffee then its not bad and with the price i cant complain. (There is a gas station a quick drive away) Btw they are renovating, the hallways haven't been vaccumed since....well who knows. . I wouldnt go bare foot..even in the rooms lol. The side doors seem to always be propped open, F for safety in that respect. I will be back...armed as always with my clorox wipes and bleach. (I do that at every hotel anyway

I think that the carpet was moldy and something sticky was on the bathroom floor?

The stay was nice, but our a/c was leaking a bit, but they put in an order to get it fixed.

Staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. Once we got to our room, I felt my shoes sticking to the floor, even kn the carpet area. The furniture was uncomfortable and falling apart. I found it ironic considering the spa and pool were very clean. I would not stay here again.

The A/C didn't work

We went for the Santa Rosa half marathon, like we do each year. I have a large family and we were able to have adjoining rooms. It worked perfectly for us and we were able to come back post race and shower. Will definitely stay here again.

Room is spacious , clean and well supplied with towels and toiletries. Amazing breakfast too- I’m well fed!

Horrible cleanliness. Felt something crawling on me. Looked behind bed and you could tell they never cleaned behind the bed or between the mattresses. Pillow has blood. The carpet felt so thick as if it was covered with dirt and sticky. It was just the nastiest feeling ever.

Clean comfortable convenient. I thought it was expensive though.
