Excellent location! No complaints, would stay again.

A 5 minute walk to the train station but away from the noise and business of the station area. Easy walking to most old city sights. Great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. Coded safe in every room. Beds were very comfortable.

Very clean, nice staff, excellent continental breakfast... however we were placed in a room with an unheated bathrroom and a set of stairs inside our room which we had to use to access the loft area. Since we are older, this meant going up and down freezing cold stairs and using basically a very nice unheated outhouse before scaling all those stairs to the bedroom (which was hard to keep warm with an unheated lower level below.) The website pictures certainly did not show that.

No blankets until last day were given to us Floor was not mopped only brimmed Sheets were not changed for 1 week Two of us got bitten by bugs/ fly Breakfast ok

Our stay at Hotel Mia Cara was Great! A piece of history. Very clean, updated bathrooms. Amazing courtesy breakfast choices every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk to the train station. Step out the door and you are in old town. Restaurants, cobble streets , tiny markets, street vendors, historical landmarks. Would stay at that location again. Thank-you everyone at Hotel Mia Cara Joanne B.

Nice staff

It is very good location near by the train station and we can easily explore our visiting places in Florence.

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Hotel Mia Cara. Close to the train station, as that was our transportation, and right in the heart of the old city of Florence to walk around to all the sights. The breakfast choices each day were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location Great People

Clean and adorable. Nice breakfast area outside with playground.

Older property with nicely refurbished rooms. Our room was split into two levels which gave a nice feeling of spaciousness. Excellent bathroom facilities except no extractor fan. Comfy beds but memory foam pillows get hot. Buffet breakfast covered all taste and the staff were extremely helpful. Very nice three star hotel and convenient place to stay if walking distance to Florence centre is important.

Great host and location and very family friendly

Really nice hotel. Good position near the station, trams and buses. Only 10 minutes walking to the Duomo and centre of town. Loads of restaurants.
