Location is good and close to the airport. Staff is friendly and nice rooftop restaurant. unfortunately, there was a loud noise in the corridor always and it wasn’t clear in the room details that the room with no window. .

hotel entry is packed. nice rooftop restaurant , and variety of main course choices.

The hardware inside the hotel is nice and comfortable

staff friendly, rooms starting to get a bit worn down but acceptable, food so-so, close to airport

近機場，不近市中心

地點靠近機場,前台工作人員很有禮貌.另早餐十分豐富,只是隔音不理想,因車喇叭聲很吵

明明訂的是雙人床 結果給的是一大床 結果還沒辦法換房 最後用加床的方式.....變得很擁擠 很難活動耶

酒店非常靠近机场。酒店安保情况很好。但是酒店客房内部有点陈旧。客房有一点点霉味。

若只計客房，只有三星級數，不值這價錢，但酒店餐廳和健身室設備很好，早餐也不錯，最重要是離機場只需10至15分鐘車程。

房間舊，浴室設備都是很低擋次，服務也未及水準。

床太软了。

overall everything is ok, but there's not auto flush in toilet , but you need to refill the water by yourself the location bit far from downtown the room is very noisy when the somebody take a shower in next room but those staffs are very nice an helpful

​I am extremely frustrated with my recent stay at Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort. Despite paying for my entire stay in full well in advance I was still forced to provide a cash deposit upon arrival. The front desk staff explicitly assured me that this deposit would be refunded immediately during my checkout process. ​However when I went to check out the story completely changed. They failed to return my money as promised and offered nothing but excuses. It has been incredibly difficult to get a straight answer from management and I am still waiting for the funds that are rightfully mine. ​It is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber to hold onto a guests money after a verbal and written agreement to return it. This lack of integrity and poor financial transparency has completely ruined my perception of the establishment. I would strongly advise future travelers to be wary of their deposit policies and look for a hotel that actually honors its commitments to its guests.

The rooms were really clean and I really enjoyed it! Its was excellent! And the owner was awesome!
