This was a family holiday- Mum, Dad and two teenage daughters- 16 and 19. We were there for 12 nights. The hotel is in an excellent position, by the lakeside. You can walk across and swim from the hotel in under 5 minutes, which is ideal. Breakfast was a good selection buffet and the pool bar did a good range of sandwiches/salads for lunch. Happy hour was 2 for 1 on "spritz's" We didn't do the lunch or dinner but both looked a bit heavier and fussier than we wanted. The staff everywhere were really helpful, especially at reception in terms of helping with transport or booking excursions. There is a shuttle bus to Bardolino that runs 4 or 5 times a day and the last trip back out is 8.30pm. The walk to Bardolino is about 20 minutes, depending on how fast you want to walk in the heat. If you go the other way, then Cisano is only 5 to 10 minutes walk and there are 3 or 4 good restaurants there. There a 4 pools altogether- the 2 main ones are large and the lifeguards do make sure there are no ball games or inflatables- seems a bit harsh but those things are allowed in the other 2 pools and does leave the main pools feeling a bit more grown up. There are a lot of sun loungers but people do tend to "book them" with their towel early on so beware! There is an indoor pool for thundery days too. Overall, this was an excellent hotel, comfortable, clean and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Super dejligt sted. Mange skønne spa faciliteter. Rigtig lækker morgenmad. God pool. Ligger godt. God parkeringskælder.

Lovely location and the spa pools were great. Annex room with terrace was dated though and aircon very noisy - soundproofing on room was poor so you could hear close rooms coming and going.

Værelset var meget outdated, og der var meget lydt fra naboværelserne. Det er et dyrt hotel, og det synes jeg ikke det levede op til. Morgenmad var fin. Poolområdet var ok, men kunne bruge bedre liggestole og parasoller.

Nice hotel in a good location. About 30 minute walk into Bardolino. We traveled with a newborn baby and the hotel was well equipped and baby very welcomed by all of the staff. Pool is lovely and no shortage of beds any time of day when we stayed. We stayed b&b, lots of selection at breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant once which was fine but preferred to eat out in the many restaurants nearby. We stayed in a comfort top room with a view of the lake which was lovely. Indoor pool was a huge bonus on very hot days when needing a break from the heat outside.

Das Hotel und die Anlage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer wurde auch immer super sauber gereinigt, was ich sehr schätzte. Mein Sohn freute sich jeden Morgen auf das grosse Nutella-Glas beim Frühstück. Die Gegend rund um das Hotel hat auch sehr viel zu bieten. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel was so well maintained and nothing was ever too much trouble. They kept it so beautiful, grounds and pool area always spotless.

the hotel was not at all as expected we paid a lot of money for something that looks fantastic in the pictures... the reality is so different! loose tiles on the walkways. black gaffa tape on lamps. they run out of booze in the bar. the snack bar is only open on weekends. otherwise it is a kazeebo bar which is lacking. the food wants to be 4 star but is 2 star, most dishes tasted of nothing. tiramisu tasted of nothing! are we in italy for god's sake?? noisy guests in the hallway at night. for this price, it should be much better. the conclusion is that we wanted to go home 1 day earlier, but bardolino is a beautiful city and we had a good impression of the area around the hotel but we will never come here again barely 25,000 kr for 2 luxury rooms. we stayed better for 13,000 in pecheria del garda

Lovely hotel, huge pool & spa facilities were great. Fantastic massage. Loved so many breakfast choices with many healthy options. Only negative was as it was April they were not serving drinks to the pool, although you could take them there yourself. Highly recommend.

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel, es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Schönes Zimmer, gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück (toll: Saft zum selberpressen) und ein wunderschöner Außenpool. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch schön, aber etwas verschachtelt zu erreichen und von der Aufmachung ganz in Ordnung. Die Lage ist top, Bardolino und Lazise sind fußläufig zu erreichen und es gibt viele gute Restaurants und der Umgebung.

Abbiamo gradito la posizione dell’hotel, si trova a due passi dal lungolago. La colazione molto varia, non manca nulla come per la cena. La spa bellissima. L’unica cosa un pò scomoda é che eravamo in una parte d’hotel lontana dalla zona ristorante e spa.

Room was clean and staff were lovely. One of the biggest disappointments was the shuttle service into town. when I booked the hotel, (which was quite a walk from town) I thought it would be fine, because of the shuttle, but it turns out that it only runs a few times a day and the evening when you want to go into town for dinner, the last shuttle comes back so early that it isn’t viable to use the shuttle. We were also absolutely furious that the main reason for booking this hotel were the pools and area surrounding them. Unfortunately it turned out that all the sun loungers had towels on them with nobody sitting on them ! We had nowhere to sit by the pools even though I counted up over 50 sun loungers empty just on one side of the pool. Probably the same in the other side ! The staff never took the towels off or did anything about it. I find it completely ignorant of people to come down to the pool early, claim the best loungers and then going off to breakfast or wherever they go knowing someone who wants to sunbathe can’t because there’s nowhere to sit. It’s a culture that I don’t understand but since the hotel doesn’t enforce any rules for this I will not be returning.
