Lovely property. Find the standard rooms much better than the luxary rooms.(should have been reverse).Beautiful view from room no.410. The sheets in the dining room are torn. Gives a bad impression. Service, cleanliness everything good. Will like to come back. The staff take good care of its customers. Thanks.

what i felt was that original delux room were much more cozy compared to the suit room and besides furniture needed more cleaning(dusting in particular)

Advantages: Location is good Room Service was good We got the room as early as 8:30-9:00 in the morning Disadvantages/challenges faced: Food was expensive and quality and taste were really bad My phone in the room was not working properly - even after complaining for couple of days, they did not change it Bottled water was not provided and they were charging rs65+taxes for 1Lt bottle (in the market it was just costing rs20)

i booked the deluxe room but they have offered me standard room in which there was no bath tub where when i booked the room its showed bath tub is one of the facility in thr room. so it was a bad experience even thorugh the staff are not so well trained and qualified professional in all its a ok ok feeling
