I booked this hotel because of SLH , it's cost 700Euro , but more like 4 star business hotel , you should pass very dark aisle to your room, it's like staff access, the room's decoration is really rough. People works here , nice and helpful

Small rooms but loved everything else!!!

It was ok but for a 5 star hotel it lacks some of the basics for me. Breakfast hot food was consistently cold, very slow WiFi, no TV connectivity or on demand services, no coffee making facilities in room, limited post 10pm room service, 50euro discretionary service charge added to my bill at end of stay (cheeky) and I can’t help but feel the decor just feels like a mismatch of styles and colours.

Beautiful hotel. Easy to walk everywhere. Welcoming and professional staff. Expansive breakfast buffet. Delicious food. Clean rooms. Beautiful views of canals and bridges. Amazing 10/10.

Breakfast staff is very friendly, cheerful and helpful. However, the reception staff quite the opposite! Absolutely no information at check in other than handing in the keys! There's a general arrogant attitude and smiles seem to be a rare commodity. They definitely didn't make us feel welcomed at this otherwise fabulous hotel. Rooms are a bit run down with worn out headboard and spotty sheets

The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The location was great.

I expected great service from a 5 star hotel. The front desk employees needs better training on hospitality. The hotel manager did his best to resolve any issues we had.

A pesar de ser un hotel de 5 estrellas y de lujo, no es el mejor, mi botella nunca me la entregaron ni la subieron, la pedi dos veces y nada… la tuve que pedir en mi salida de la estancia, muy simple el cuarto

Cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms stood out for me. I like that there’s a walk-in shower stall and a tub. The double sink too works for a family of 3.

An outstanding hotel in a great location for all the main attractions in Venice. Short walk (5 mins max) to the waterbus stop Salute. Great attractions also 5 to 10 mins away such as Peggy Guggenheim and the Academic gallery.
