Good service, friendly staffs. But every time there is water leak after taking the showers. The way they design its bathroom is not very user friendly.

This is first time I visited Bulgaria. We arrived the hotel at noon. We could not check in cos the room is not ready yet. Reception area is quite small. Many people were checking out during this period of time. There was only one receptionist in the counter. Whole reception area was crowded with people. The staffs here were very nice and helpful , can speak very fluent English. The location of the hotel is very good. It located right on the best shopping area in Sofia. Most of the tourist attractions were within 10 - 15 mins walking distance. Room was spacious, clean and cozy. However, water is leaking out from the shower room cos the shower room door was difficult to close completely. The area was quiet at night even it was located in the center of the city. You could still find places that opened 24 hours for food and drink. Breakfast was simple and similar to most European hotels. The overall impression of the hotel was good. We will definitely to stay in this hotel again in our next visit.

This is my first time to Bulgaria. I choose this hotel after finished my job for business trip. It was an excellent choice. Beautiful hotel situated at main attractions shopping street with variety of restaurant. Good hotel staff service. Simple Breakfast with good coffee and orange juices. I can do and buy everything here convinient as a tourist.

We stayed here twice, mainly because of the very walkable location, close to a lot of restaurants, historic sights and the pedestrian-only part of Vitosha Boulevard. The rooms are clean, quiet, the beds are comfortable and the staff are helpful. The restaurant offers a reasonable breakfast selection. The floral mosaic walls are beautiful. However, the rooms are designed for style rather than convenience. One of the rooms had a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom, offering no privacy except for a half-wall screening the toilet and bidet. The showers leaked onto the tiled floor. The lights go off momentarily from time to time, and one of the lights is turned on by a motion sensor which woke us up when it came on randomly while we were trying to sleep. There is no night-light to facilitate navigation to the bathroom at night, and the furniture layout is such that there is little space to pass by certain corners without tripping.

He hecho muchas reservaciones con expedia y es la primera vez que me quejo, nada amable la chica de la recepción, ni me saludaba o apuradamente lo hizo, en 7 noches solo limpiaron una vez la habitación por que así lo pedí, les pedí el favor refil de mini botella de agua, ni una sola vez me la dieron, entiendo q solo es de bienvenida pero una clienta q se aloja 7 noches, solo pide limpieza del room una sola vez, darle otra botella es lo cordial, no recomiendo ese hotel ni vuelvo

Glad och hjälpsam kvinna i receptionen, fint inrett rum med skön säng och rymligt badrum. Perfekt läge mitt i staden.

Great location. A bit dated and online looks better than in reality. Did not like the breakfast but bottom line - good value for your money.

Great location and clean

The room seemed old, so did the linens. During the night, some sound of water leaking or something similar kept us awake. The slot for the room card, to keep the lights on, was flimsy and it was very hard to keep the lights on.

Hafta sonu ailecek gittiğimiz Sofya'da konakladığımız otel. Özellikle konumu çok iyi. Tam merkezde. Yürüyerek heryere ulaşabilirsiniz. Odamız temiz ve ferahtı. Şehrin tam ortasında olmamıza rağmen odamıza hiç gürültü gelmedi. Resepsiyondaki bey oldukça nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.
