还是挺好的，就是餐厅适合中国人的主食太少，房卡还总失效，但是对于这个地方来说还算不错了

The service is very great and efficiently. The food is delicious.

The room is nice and the location is convenience. However, the keycard is easily damage by electronic deices which made me always to go down to reception for reactivation.

Amazing staff and chef in the kitchen : restaurant- Gayatri, Subhadra and Lakshmi. Concierge always amazing smiling offering me my favourite juice :) I did have to give some feedback around housekeeping but this was immediately implemented. Overall absolutely wonderful stay! Thank you

Clean room. Wonderful staff outside the dining room. Dining room had language issues. Did not understand our order in Telugu or English. Food was average.

Helpful staff, Kunal and Sharukh were very helpful. Rooms were a bit smaller but modern and comfortable. Excellent location near shopping. Nothing to complain about.

I asked for an extra key card so that my guests are not staying in the room without power while I run errands and have been denied saying it’s security violation and I haven’t said anything about that and there are about 5 friends with me who came around 9 pm to visit me and the front desk lady said I am not allowed to have guests after 9 pm and with permission I can have them till 10 pm. Not sure if I reserved a class hotel or a landlord who imposes restrictions on tenants but I kept my cool to treat my friends well and took my friends to the room and we started drinks and I kept on getting the calls to my hotel room asking when the guests would be leaving and around 12 the hotel people came over to the room and said someone complained about the noise and I have to remind them that it is stated as a sound proof and they started saying just a small bit inconvenience. When I complained this to the management this a policy listed in the terms and conditions which are written in small letters not readable and security issue. Not even an apology are written communication. Not sure if we cannot invite guests to our hotel room after 9 pm then why it is called a hotel

Bra hotell med 2 restauranter och en bar på MG Road där mindre shoppingcenter ligger. Poolen ser stor ut på hemsidan men är nog 12x6 m vilket är ok.

I stayed here 9 years ago and it was great, but, the quality has not been the same since the last time. The restaurant and the folks working there have been phenomenal.

Hotel is conveniently located on MG Road which is prime arterial road and shopping area. Rooms need better sound proofing as there is incessant traffic noise. Staff needs to be more responsive and well trained. Had to continually chase for small requests. Hotel is pricey compared to the facilities it offers. Overall, hotel needs to invest considerably in staff training for a better client experience.

Service oriented and attentive personal, tasty food with good options for breakfast. Spacious room and gym!
