開熱水要準備洗澡…過了好久，熱水沒出來，來了泥水！！ 我的天

Extremt stor skillnad på servicenivå hos personalen . Vid ankomst möttes vi av personal som var helt ointresserad av att hjälpa oss med bland annat parkering . Oklart var felet låg här men i information om hotellet står det att parkering finns . Vid ankomst fick vi info om att detta måste bokas i förväg. Detta var ett hotell som många andra säljer ut befintliga rum som andelslägenheter och därmed ändras upplägget kring tillgänglig service för ex parkering. När jag 2 dagar sedan frågade om möjlighet till parkering fick jag en helt annan servicenivå 10 + till den trevlige som löste parkering åt oss. Fint hotel för övrigt bra läge

NB! Poolrules!!!! -My boy (10 yrs old) had to swim in his underwear because normal swimshorts was not allowed. Very embarressing for him, and not easy to understand that a normal clean swimshorts is undoable in the pool. Lifeguard pointed this out for us very aggressive. I was totally shocked! We almost left because of the unpleaseant experience. Grown ups left as well.

Le séjour a été globalement correct, mais nous avons été un peu déçus. Nous aurions apprécié disposer d'une véritable machine à café. De plus, l'un des sachets de café lyophilisé était percé, rendant son contenu inutilisable. Par ailleurs, nous nous attendions à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée pendant notre séjour, mais aucun ménage n'a été effectué. Au final, cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité que nous attendions d'un hôtel Mercure.

Bra hotell i lugnt område nära strand som är relativt långgrund. Hotellet ger ett mycket gott helhetsintryck med rena, fräscha och smakfulla miljöer. Rummet höll en bra standard, även om den separata toaletten hade vissa ålderstecken och skulle kunna vinna på en mindre uppfräschning. I övrigt var allt välskött och vi trivdes mycket bra. Hjälpsam personal men ibland lite slarv med småsaker som exempelvis att ta handdukar utan att lägga nya. Åtgärdades dock snabbt och vänligt efter påpekande.

Non ho trovato posto in garage anche se al momento della prenotazione assicurava il contrario, ho dovuto lasciare l' auto all' aperto che diventava caldissima. Peggio, il ristornate era fuori servizio per tutto il soggiorno, la scusa era che il cuoco era malato. Fuori uso anche l' hammam, senza motivo, inoltre nella hall e negli ascensori manca l' aria condizionata, mettendo a rischio la salute degli ospiti e del personale Spiaggia non inclusa anche se dalle foto sembra di si

Hôtel très bien placé propre dans l’ensemble avec une très belle vue sur le port ou sur la Méditerranée

Everything was great at this hotel, I had a room with a view of the port and a double (comfortable) bed. The breakfast was good.The only problem I had was at the swimming pool ,as they do not let you swim with shorts on, you have to wear proper swimwear. Towels can be provided .

Nice Hotel, good Location

Personnels tres aimables et acceuillants. Le spa est exellent, la chambre tres propre et de qualité.j’ai apprecié le petit dejeuner avec le calme et l’elegance qu’il y avait. Tres pratique pour se garer et la plage est vraiment belle et propre, c’est un des gros avantage du Var.

Pour un mercure, il mériterait d’avoir largement un coup rajeunissement

Hotel di grandi dimensioni, di fronte al porticciolo,con all' interno una spa, piscina esterna bella adiacente alla spiaggia, per problemi alla porta ci hanno sostituito la camera con una di categoria superiore.tutto bene lo consiglio.non abbiamo usufruito della colazione

We had an absolute fabulous time at Mercure Frejus. We received outstanding service from Carole, she went above and beyond our expectations. She did everything to make our stay extraordinarily comfortable. Carole we can't thank you enough. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Positives as follows; Excellent views from the balcony, Rooms very comfortable. Great bathroom and nice shower. Pool side loungers very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Over nice hotel ambience. Direct access to a beautiful clean beach. Excellent location within frejus. Great nearby location to go for morning Jog. I would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Frejus. Thank.you Carole and the team once again for the exceptionally warm service.

A very nice hotel/resort. Visited in April so it was quiet. Rooms very nicely decorated. The outside pool was closed (too early in the season) and the indoor one is only accessible with a 20 Euro Spa pass. Enjoyed my stay very much.
