飯店入口需要爬一層樓的樓梯才能到lobby, lobby旁邊才有電梯，對於老人家以及帶大行李的旅行會比較辛苦一些。 飯店沒有附停車位，因此我們必須在附近自行找收費停車位。 飯店櫃檯的服務小姐態度很親切友善，房間乾淨舒適，早餐也很好吃。

地方整潔，員工也友善。唯拿著行李行去車站稍遠；若時間充裕，問題不大。總括而言，可以推介。

飯店廁所是公用的，洗澡在自己房間。這是唯一比較不方便的！

Out of power several times while boiling water......very dangerous!!!! What if it happens while the reception is closed? What can I do?! You give me the hot pot, not I bring it myself. Saw flies(more than one) on my breakfast..... What else can I say? Won't never come again!!!

距離庫爾車站非常近，步行10分鐘可達飯店，房間非常舒適，附的早餐菜色多樣好吃，唯一缺點是本次入住衛浴在外的房間，一層樓只有各一間男女廁所及洗澡間，距離房間有一段路，如果多人使用需要時間等待，除此之外，一切都非常好。

較車站有10分鐘距離，如果推行李較不方便，早餐一般，選擇不算多。花曬水壓不夠力，每次要等一段時間才有熱水輸出，洗臉盆在客廳上，不太方便。

距離chur站有點佢離一,但算容易搵，早餐算同級數的豐富，員工友善

Hotel is a bit far away from train station. Elevator is at 1/ F instead of G/ F. No private shower room. The price is quite high. But the room is clean & staffs are nice.

Friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. Stayed for one night on a tour of the Swiss alps. Ideally located in Chur between the old town and the station, both easily reached on foot.

フロントは2階、エレベーターは2階から、重いスーツケースを猛暑の中、2階まで運び上げ、部屋は冷房無く扇風機ひとつ　窓に網戸無く、窓を開けて寝て蚊に刺された　夜、外の音うるさい　部屋にティシュー無し、グラスでなく紙コップ、ヘヤーとボディ同じ洗剤、リンス無し、ダブルベッドは狭い、駅から徒歩12〜3分、早めのチェックイン事前連絡して受付てくれた

Clean room and good location however very basic and very old bathroom (albeit as mentioned very clean). Rooms could do with a slight refresh but overall good stay for one night if using as a stop for the Bernina express train. Staff were also very friendly.

Et fint hotel til en enkelt overnatning. Tæt på banegården. Ser gammelt ud, men værelserne er fine og nyrenoverede. Morgenmaden okay, ikke noget ekstraordinært. Hjælpsomt personale. Ingen aircondition men en ventilator på værelset.

Good hotel, off to the side of the hustle and bustle but yet safe. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff very friendly. The internet was unstable and there is no AC which was an issue as it was a very hot day. However, they provided a fan which helped. Be aware that they have an elevator from the reception to you room but there’s a flight of stairs from the front door to the reception which was difficult for us with large bags.

The amenities were exactly as described, with the room a bit bigger than expected. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, as we're many of the restaurants in town (I guess Tuesdays are generally their down day). It served our needs well, and we'd happily stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night. Excellent location with access yo train and restaurants. The room was a decent size and the young lady woman working at reception was bery nice. Note a few flights of stairs up to reception from the street but a lift up to rooms.
