飯店入口需要爬一層樓的樓梯才能到lobby, lobby旁邊才有電梯，對於老人家以及帶大行李的旅行會比較辛苦一些。 飯店沒有附停車位，因此我們必須在附近自行找收費停車位。 飯店櫃檯的服務小姐態度很親切友善，房間乾淨舒適，早餐也很好吃。

地方整潔，員工也友善。唯拿著行李行去車站稍遠；若時間充裕，問題不大。總括而言，可以推介。

飯店廁所是公用的，洗澡在自己房間。這是唯一比較不方便的！

Out of power several times while boiling water......very dangerous!!!! What if it happens while the reception is closed? What can I do?! You give me the hot pot, not I bring it myself. Saw flies(more than one) on my breakfast..... What else can I say? Won't never come again!!!

距離庫爾車站非常近，步行10分鐘可達飯店，房間非常舒適，附的早餐菜色多樣好吃，唯一缺點是本次入住衛浴在外的房間，一層樓只有各一間男女廁所及洗澡間，距離房間有一段路，如果多人使用需要時間等待，除此之外，一切都非常好。

較車站有10分鐘距離，如果推行李較不方便，早餐一般，選擇不算多。花曬水壓不夠力，每次要等一段時間才有熱水輸出，洗臉盆在客廳上，不太方便。

距離chur站有點佢離一,但算容易搵，早餐算同級數的豐富，員工友善

Hotel is a bit far away from train station. Elevator is at 1/ F instead of G/ F. No private shower room. The price is quite high. But the room is clean & staffs are nice.

Everything was fine

Mary at the reception was a gem, so easy to communicate in English, very attentive , into details and thorough! After facing so many challenges with Italians who don’t speak English, we do appreciate her , thank you, so close to the train station, the room was warm , thank you 😊 they could have put coffee machine in the room, it would have been great !

There are many steps until reach the lift. Not suitable for the customers with luggages. Rooms are very old, no mirror in the room, very small bathroom.

Excelente estancia

The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur.

La habitación estaba buena, faltaba un poco más de calefacción, si había una tetera pero no había saquitos de té o café de cortesía, y solo dos vasos descartables, poner de vidrio y cucharitas estaría mejor, desayuno no lo probé, lo que me pareció un espanto total es que para ir al loby tenes que subir un piso en escaleras que con las maletas es un completo desastre y eso no lo dicen en la descripción del hotel, muy mal!!!!! Después dice elementos de baño y sola había una especie de jabón líquido para todo y nada más
