飯店入口需要爬一層樓的樓梯才能到lobby, lobby旁邊才有電梯，對於老人家以及帶大行李的旅行會比較辛苦一些。 飯店沒有附停車位，因此我們必須在附近自行找收費停車位。 飯店櫃檯的服務小姐態度很親切友善，房間乾淨舒適，早餐也很好吃。

地方整潔，員工也友善。唯拿著行李行去車站稍遠；若時間充裕，問題不大。總括而言，可以推介。

飯店廁所是公用的，洗澡在自己房間。這是唯一比較不方便的！

Out of power several times while boiling water......very dangerous!!!! What if it happens while the reception is closed? What can I do?! You give me the hot pot, not I bring it myself. Saw flies(more than one) on my breakfast..... What else can I say? Won't never come again!!!

距離庫爾車站非常近，步行10分鐘可達飯店，房間非常舒適，附的早餐菜色多樣好吃，唯一缺點是本次入住衛浴在外的房間，一層樓只有各一間男女廁所及洗澡間，距離房間有一段路，如果多人使用需要時間等待，除此之外，一切都非常好。

較車站有10分鐘距離，如果推行李較不方便，早餐一般，選擇不算多。花曬水壓不夠力，每次要等一段時間才有熱水輸出，洗臉盆在客廳上，不太方便。

距離chur站有點佢離一,但算容易搵，早餐算同級數的豐富，員工友善

Hotel is a bit far away from train station. Elevator is at 1/ F instead of G/ F. No private shower room. The price is quite high. But the room is clean & staffs are nice.

Tem uma escada para chegar a recepção, pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção precisam se atentar a essa questão. Recepção funciona até as 20:00h.

We specifically needed something within walking distance from the train station. The neighborhood you walk through to get to the hotel was very clean and safe with a lot to pick from for food options. The room was recently redone and it was very comfortable and clean.

The staff was very professional and attentive—highly recommended! The rooms were spacious and very clean; I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The staff were helpful and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are being refurbished. We had a refurbished room, which was lovely and of a good size. We had a beautiful view from our window too!

There was no lobby to sit after hours, and the pillows were so soft that it had to be rolled to provide support - and even that was not great. WiFi was very weak. The location was good

Lovely, clean room with very comfortable bed. Just a kettle and paper cups provided, but free bottled water. Bring your own tea bags!
