No way for this hotel to be 4-star

Fantastic place to stay. A fair way out from the city centre, however, the number 110 bus takes you there from near the hotel. Anna (receptionist) was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choice Good parking.

Hotel agradable y con un personal maravilloso y servicial.

Fantastisk at det var gratis parkering, det var super service og reent stort rom. Det som trekker ned er at det var lytt mellom rommene og fra rom ut til gang.

Staff was what made this stay, front desk guy who greeted us and served us some drinks at the bar was very friendly and helpful. There is a playground out back so depends what room you stay in you can hear the kids at the playground until 9 or 10 at night. And you can hear everything from the room next door not very sound proof. Besides that stay was great for one night on our way to Gibraltar.

This is a very small hotel however the hotel is really nice and convenient

Me dieron una habitación en la planta sótano que pedí cambiar pero no fue posible. Es una habitación muy oscura e incomoda.

Nice hotel, clean, well managed. Grocery store 1 block away. Easy parking. Close restaurants.

Lo reservamos porque pensábamos que estaba más cerca del centro, y hay que ir en coche, pero tiene buena comunicación

Not bad. Room was good, had a double bed and a single bed for my toddler. Mini-fridge, bar downstairs, staff were friendly. Room we got was a bit noisy but not bad overall.

Está muy bien situada justo a la salida de la autovía, la habitación muy espaciosa con terraza, me ha gustado mucho

El desayuno buffet fue muy malo. Todas las mesas menos una (que fue la que pude ocupar) estaban sin recoger y algunos alimentos como tostadas casi no quedaban. No se reponen los alimentos con rapidez. La calidad de los productos en general es muy mejorable.

Excelente Hotel. Muy comodo. El parking es un poco difícil si tienes coche grande. Pero tiene todo lo necesario.

Me asignaron una habitación en la planta sotano y me pareció muy poco práctica, con muy poca luz y unas vistas desagradables
