this is the most beautiful hotel i've ever stayed. it has the second largest garden in florence....impeccable...can't ask more!

四季真的是ㄧ個太棒的酒店，裡面基本上就是個公園加博物館，服務也很好，還有接駁車到市區!

晚上周圍比較寧靜，這個飯店實在有夠讚的!!!!! 早餐也非常好吃!!! 如果可以的話，我希望整天都在這個飯店裡面!!! 離景點也很近，但是你不會想要出去的!! 樓下的米其林餐廳很值得一試!!!!!!!!

The property has expanded since our last stay, and the grounds are simply stunning, filled with interesting sculptures and secluded areas (and a great playground), all in the small, busy city of Florence (you can see the Duomo from the garden). What I appreciated the most is the serenity and the attention to detail. The room is beautifully decorated and very clean, and the bedding is typical of four seasons. The cleaning staff provided the most extraordinary service, like arranging all my many toiletry items neatly without being intrusive, to the extent only this Four Seasons has consistently done. My only wish was to have more authentic Italian food in the hotel restaurants.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Great location in Florence and impeccable service all around.
