Place needs a good cleaning.

Unsafe, Unclean, and Not Worth Staying I checked in late at night and was shocked by the condition of this hotel. Within minutes, I realized I could not stay here. The property felt unsafe, especially as a solo traveler, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. • Cleanliness: The room was dirty and poorly maintained. Surfaces looked unwashed, the bedding did not feel clean, and the overall environment felt unhygienic. • Safety: The locks and security did not feel reliable, and the atmosphere around the hotel made me extremely uncomfortable staying alone. To make matters worse, there was shouting outside during the night, and the police had to be called. I didn’t sleep a wink because of the noise and concern for my safety. • Condition of the property: Everything felt neglected and run-down. The hallways and common areas gave off a very unwelcoming, unsafe vibe. I ended up checking out at 7 a.m. the very next morning and immediately booked a new hotel. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Please avoid this place — there are far better and safer options nearby, especially if you are traveling solo.

Our room was large and there was plenty of closet and drawer space to put things. Everything was clean and worked well. The parking lot was sufficiently large and nearby. The central location of the hotel makes it very convenient to attend events downtown and at the University. I've stayed at this hotel many times and it's always a good choice.

Everything was alright except for the shower. Room 201 had the worst shower head. It puts out water but only barely enough to clean with. It was an actual struggle. I’ll be staying somewhere else due to that.

Smells were off hallways were dirty and unkept. Bathroom towels had hair in them.

This hotel served the purpose of a football weekend-walking distance to the heymarket and stadium.

Neither television worked in first room. Clerk couldn't fix it, have us another room. Clerk was helpful.

The double queen suite at this place was wonderful! Although we ended up not needing the kitchenette (aside from the full size refrigerator) it was nice knowing we had that available. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had arrived later than we planned and they were okay with that. Notifying them beforehand was helpful.

There were indications of bed bugs at this property and overwhelming fumes throughout the building.

It was an interesting place. Got the 2 bedroom. layout as shown in pictures, 1 Q bed on each side of room with bathroom and kitchenette in the middle. Both beds had a nice big TV! Wish tv had a sleeper timer on it. Over all good. Walkable to stuff, capital building, Tico's mex. rest, brewery. Juli who checked us in was very nice. Free parking was the plus. Would stay there again! need more trash cans, not just 1 in the bathroom!

the accommodations were amazing , the 1st room had air unit issues and staff were great at getting us moved to a different room. Staff recommended food place and was great.
