Stained sheets in both bedrooms and still waiting for my holding deposit be be released a week and half later which is ridiculous. Lucky we got the room so cheap through Wotif otherwise the rating would have been lower.

The pool was not heated, the jacuzzi lukewarm. Reno action was going on in the property so it was a bit chaotic…

Rooms aren’t as pictured. Not a resort, like an over 55 retirement village and they rent out some rooms. No coffee shop or cafe at the ‘resort’. Parking was convenient and easy

over all is good but the bathroom smell like old mold

We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a fantastic experience. The accommodation is very spacious, with large units that have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is fantastic for a young family, when asking my grandsons where they would prefure to stay, the answer is always Azzura.. Check-in has always been quick and easy, and check-out is just as smooth with no hassle at all. We always feel welcome, both from the staff and the permanent residents. It has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be staying again!

Secure parking, friendly service. Pool was great. Apartment clean and tidy. Great size for families

Everything as described. After hours number for late check in. We were in a two bed apartment, large lounge area. Pleasantly surprised by the space. Great location.

The pool area is just wonderful and soo clean. So spacious and overall it was terrific. Would most definitely stay again.

The cleanliness was not that good, there was a used cleaning bud for ears on the bed when we arrived. Also, the shower in the second bedroom leaked significantly which caused a slipping hazard.

The amenities were great. Loved the pool area. The room/suite was huge! The negatives were the queen bed was hard as a rock and moved really easily (like sitting down on it, moved it).

Room was extremely good- aircon was on upon arrival which made a huge difference Absolutely loved the levels of security within the complex Very comfortable bed too Will stay there again if I come back to visit family 👍👍👍

The room was in good condition. The washer/dryer needed to be cleaned. The bed was hard but we loved the pool.

Room was clean and much larger than expected which was great do a family of 4. The pool and spa we used daily after site seeing and theme parks and was a really nice area. The bbq area we used a few times was great very clean easy to use. Overall was a nice place to stay close to theme parks whilst quiet away from busy surfers all a little dated was all in working order and clean.

Room was un clean floors were dirty (had to wear socks the whole time as my feet turned back within 5 minutes of walking around) dirty mens underwear and chip packet and can were left in the room so clearly no cleaning was done there. No curtians in loundge room so afternoon sun was unbearable and couldnt use the room. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag and black tape. Not as advertised NOT a 4 star barely a 3 star . Waste of money go elsewhere

Everything was good, The apartment was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the common areas such as the pool were clean, the jacuzzi was very nice, and the BBQ area was excellent.

The accommodation was good. There was a strong smell in the corridor on level 3 which was there constantly...was very unpleasant

We picked Azzura Greens because of the location while visiting family. Reception isn’t maned at night but instructions were pretty clear to get the keys. The unit was a good size, two bedroom with full kitchen and laundry. The pool area is very nice. Parking is underground and the entry / exit are on opposite sides, so be cautious when entering and leaving. Our unit unfortunately had a few issues, the WIFI wasn’t connected but was fixed when we mentioned it. The ceiling fan and tv did not work in the master bedroom, we did inform reception but nothing was done about them. The main issue was a bugs in the unit, they were every where and mostly annoying. We were there 6 nights and there was no service to the unit. I’m guessing each unit is privately owned so many units maybe he okay and some maybe not depending on the owners.
