easy to get around

Great location! Easy access to dining and shopping. Stuff is friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained. My room had everything I needed.

Nice n clean

Room was hot when my 6yr old son and i checked in. I stay at hotels often for work and travel.

The staff was super helpful. I had booked for a wedding and they did everything possible to ensure I could get into my room and ready in time for the wedding. They really went above and beyond to help me out.

Every one was so nice to me and my dog. The rooms were pretty clean except for the carpet those coils have been at least vacuumed.

Property is about due for an update

I would never stay at the property again. The AC is my room was not working and it was so hot. The manager said since it’s so cold outside the AC’s don’t keep the rooms cool. I told I have been sweating all night. I didn’t pay almost $200 per night for a hot room. I filed a complaint and they said they would credit me for my room but now they don’t want to do that because my room was non-refundable. The internet is slower than a snail. Don’t waste your money staying at this hotel. Bad hotel.

Beds were comfy. Clean and quiet property.

Room was next to a boiler or some equipment and it was loud enough to wake me up when it kicked on

Horrible place. The lady at the front desk said that she didn’t have the two queen beds that we booked for and said we could go to another hotel. She finally realized she had our room. Upon entering our room, we realized how hot it was. We tried to adjust the AC but it would not blow cold air. I called the front desk and she said she cannot do anything about it until tomorrow. How are we supposed to sleep in a hot room? This should’ve been checked by the housekeepers. I want my money back for this stay. This is unacceptable! I paid good money for a rom that I could get some rest in but it’s been a bad experience. Since I can’t get what I paid for, I want a full refund.

I liked how they accommodated me last minute and how nice the facilities were
