Amazing staff. Great location and hospitality. Furnitures and wooden stuffs needs more maintenance

Exceptional.

Lobby and facilities were good. Gym, Pool, Spa, In-room dinning. Appreciate it all. Rooms size were huge, only thing that could have been better is interior is old, and bathroom tiles were some chipped-off. It's just old not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was accessible to all places, good location and lot of space to walk, etc.

Its a serene location and very calm and quiet area with excellent bar and restaurant. Also would recommend their SPA . Overalls its clean and neat except that it requires some upgrade to give it a fresh look as age is clearly visible in the property. Great breakfast option too

No wifi No hot water They charged for breakfast even though we opted for breakfast when booked through Expedia. Will never go back. Bad experience

Lovely reception staff, very roomy comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely bed linen.

Clean property Staff is very courteous Miss Sharmishtha specifically asked and paid heed to any concerns I might have, but there were none

The hotel is located close to the city and is in a quiet neighborhood. The room didn't had toiletries and towels. Had to call the reception multiple times. There was also a power cut at the hotel for a night which ruined our stay at the hotel.

Service is very bad. Had to call many times and then also they forget to get towels as they dont keep it in the bathroom. No bathroom mat inside the bathroom. Even location is aloof. Outside food not allowed. No Value for money.

Amazing weekend stay. Great breakfast spread and simply loved the pool.
