Staff is very welcoming

Property was gorgeous, service was impeccable!

Valet service is confusing and they aren't very helpful. I don't mind paying, but I expect an actual service. The rest is good, property lost some feathers with the years but still a decent property.

The room was a bit small, and the “loft suite” wasn’t exactly a true loft. Valet parking was also on the expensive side. That said, the staff were incredibly warm and genuine, and both the pool and gym facilities were excellent.

We loved our stay at The Warwick! Went up for the Bruins/Canadiens game, hotel was so close to Bell and walk was easy. Restaurant was great, bar was awesome! We loved walking St. Catherine’s and the Underground City, easy to do from our location. The only minus, which really wasn’t, is that ice needs to be delivered to your room, no area ice machines! But it was delivered super quickly and very pleasantly!

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. Especially our experience with the front desk staff (particularly, Ivan, who was so friendly, professional, and accommodating!)

I stayed at this hotel hoping to use the jacuzzi but it is under construction until the summer so that was a little disappointing. The jr suite was cozy & had a balcony which was a bonus. Bed was comfortable too. This hotel is in the center of Downtown Montréal & is walking distance to shops & restaurants & metro station.

Great room

Great location - the Bell Centre, lots of shopping options (mostly large chain stores, i can’t recall seeing too many independent options) and plenty of dining options, beautiful parks and architecture - all within a short walking distance. The only thing “missing” is clear signage at the side entrance and for the pathway to guide cars into the “waiting” bay. The “loft” rooms are wonderful - spacious, thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. The beds are very comfortable and offer a great night’s sleep. The bathrooms add to the experience - spacious, beautifully finished and well maintained. Unfortunately, I found the service inconsistent. Most staff were friendly, warm, and helpful. Others gave off a different “vibe”. For example, I was looking forward to the concierge assistance when I arrived as I was traveling alone this trip and with my puppy. Upon arrival, the concierge came out to assist with my bags. However, after he had put everything in the trunk onto the cart, he silently zipped off to my room without waiting to see what else I would need from *inside* the car. This left me juggling several items and my puppy. No other staff offered to assist. The concierge helping me leave was much more attentive. Also, the website boasted welcome gifts for pets, which we didn’t receive despite notifying the hotel we were traveling with a puppy during our reservation booking. Overall, a very nice hotel but service needs refinement.

The only negative thing I have to say is that there was a weird smell when you got off the elevator on our floor other than that, it was great

Great hotel in great location

Our experience was fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and they were even nice enough to give us a complimentary room upgrade! Everything was so clean only complaint was the hot tub was closed but besides that everything was great!

I have stayed here before and love the apartment style units but with the hotel service and amenities. This time there was construction to the hot tub on the roof that made my high floor room unusable. I complained, and while in the lobby to do work because of the constant noise in the room, heard several other guests call the desk to complain. I left and came back to the same noise. Eventually I was moved to a different (and nicer) room, but in general felt there is a cultural difference regarding construction and the general principal of renting rooms while construction is going on. They should have never offered that room for what was planned construction with foreseeable noise pollution for their guests. Staff is great. Friendly and helpful, but a real oversight and inconvenience w the noise.

users watch out, this hotel slapped me with a resort fee that they were not transparent about at check-in, and that exceeded the resort fee as quoted in the small print on the reservation. When I chatted hotels dot com about this, they were absolutely no help, and even called me up (while I was in line in the airport) to ask me to hold and then tell me that they would not help. stay away.

Fantastic stay!! 3min walk to the Bell Centre and lots of great bars/ restaurants. Awesome pool and sauna rooms r big beds r comfortable very nice hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Upon arrival, I was greeted with fantastic service, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. As a nice surprise, I was offered a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch and really enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this place for both the excellent service and the comfortable accommodations. I’ll definitely be coming back!
