The hotel needs re decorating, water leaks throught the building, lifts that have seen better days, generally run down. The food is really poor, didn't expect Michelin star but the food was not edible, we ended up eating out. The staff are really good, very helpful and always smiling, best part of the stay. Rooms are very basic but reasonably clean

The hotel met our needs perfectly for a group weekend away. Friendly staff, food was good, and great spot to venture out at night. The hotel is tired in places, but considering the costs it is value for money.

Good hotel clean close to facility

Should not be advertise as a location appropriate for triathletes. The pool is hot, dirty and dated. (At an additional fee) the gym is in the same condition. The room was dirty and outdated.

Vi hadde et supert opphold her. Rommet var stort, hadde nydelige senger,og et deilig bad, med både kar og egen dusj. Vi hadde stor terrasse mot svømmebassenget, hvor vi hadde masse sol.Buss stopp rett utenfor hotellet i begge retninger. Veldig sentralt.

The food was quite bland but otherwise had a gd stay and wld defo come back x

Veldig fornøyd med rommet. Stort og veldig fint, nydelig seng deilige madrasser. +2 tosetere med bord i mellom.Stor terrasse og deilig sol. Flott plass å bo.

Estuvieron mis padres, la comida muy bien lo único malo que el spa de los 5 días les dijeron que solo podían ir 1 día y eso que eres todo incluido

The pool is way to small and shallow for the amont of rooms and beds in this hotell. It feels not clean and the water is not bright when all guests are there. It is quit a noisy place, they call it a Resort but it isn't. The rooms are good and the food as well.

The hotel was in a good location very clean staff was ok but not overly friendly breakfast was a great choice pool wasn’t the best but only stayed a few days so was happy 😃

Room and balcony very good bed was comfortable by Piller felt like a bag of cement

Si algo puedo decir que me gusto fue su sitiacion en la ciudad. Lo penoso y mediocre son sus horarios y restrucciones en el todo incluido, asi como su nefasta calidad en bebidas alcoholicas. Por concretar diria que DYC seria PREMIUM en este hotel. INCREIBLE. La sala de fiesta nefasta, tanto su sonido como su capacidad. No lo recomendaria para nada.

Staff all very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable, unfortunately the Hotel is starting to look a little tired and is in need of update in main bar area's

The food served at dinner was a discrace tin carrots frozen sprouts packet mash mutten full of fat and bone and beef chips and the presentation was bad o and salmon was almost black dry not fit to eat

Clean property good service and staff. However I pre paid for the hotel in January and was made to pay again as I didn’t have the card with me only the confirmation. The exchange rate has changed so much the cost has made the hotel a lot more expensive and the hotel has had my money since January. My friends had the same senario and they didn’t have to pay again. Feel complexity ripped off by this.

El hotel está muy bien, habitación grande y terraza grande con tumbona. El todo incluido está bastante bien. Lo peor? la hora de entrada, muy tarde y la habitación estaba sin hacer. La piscina? es de juguete, mejor el spa y la piscina climatizada.

Me gusto todo,el sevicio la comida la habitacion .recomiendo a todos mis amigos este hotel es de maravilla
