Das Hotel ist reichlich abgewohnt, weit weg von 5 Sternen. Für ein sehr ei faches Ftühstück auf dem Zimmer wurden 40,- DT (!) Aufpreis verlangt. Es war günstig, ja, a er kein Vergnügen

Most of the facilities were not functioning : gym- equipment old Indoor pool: no showe facilities within the pool are Sunna was not working There was no staff manning the pool and the gym area No Air conditioning in rooms

Magnifique hôtel surtout le calme et la propreté et le service,la chambre manque de rien du tt tt est la ,les femmes de ménage sont très agréable le personnel aussi ,juste la nourriture je trouve que se n ai pas bien varié y’a pas bcp de choix sinon globalement je recommande fortement cette hôtel 😘

The toilet was not clean, and the sheets was not clean also And wondering why always when people book online get bad rooms while the opposite when you book at the property

Hotel vieillissant, bars et restaurant d’un autre temps, rien autour de la piscine, seul le club plage avait l’air sympa mais vide. Demande de chambre vue piscine non prise en compte alors que ça de chambres libres…bref, service minimal

They don’t care about costumers. The room was missing everything, I had to request towels, water, water boiler.. network signal in the room was useless, was using my SIM card network all time. You have to call twice to get what you need. It was bad experience and will not be repeated.

As soon as we check in at the hotel we feel like home. We are always well received by Mr Lahdhiri and his team. The staff is very friendly and proactive to make sure your stay is perfect. Thank you again for the kind upgrade! We will see you again in 2 weeks.

All are good except the furniture and nats, I took a suite in the second floor, furniture are in bad status and so are the mats. On the next day I moved to the thrid floor marginally better because of the view otherwise same old furniture and nats. Obviously they need to upgrade and soend some money to be in excellent or good level

Samedi soir et dimanche, impossible de dormir car musique jusqu'à 6h du matin.et quelques oublis de la femme de ménage, pas de serviette..sinon le.personnel est vraime.t très gentil

Very courteous and helpful staff right from the welcone and check in to reataurant and security staff.

Most of the electric sockets in my room did not work, including the one for the kettle and fridge

Accueil chaleureux dans un hôtel confortable et très bien situé. Le personnel est dévoué et on aime y retourner car on se sent comme à la maison.
