The service is good, beds are nice and clean, but that’s pretty much the highlight. Overall the hotel felt aged and lack of good maintenance. Would not be a priority to stay again.

In-house guests are ignored in the lobby. Walk in guests are well honored. The management is afraid to talk to walk in guests about their ill-civilized behavior towards in-house guests. This kind of behavior is not appropriate from the management.

Too many guests that did not check in behave mannerless and occupy the waiting check in area. They are mannerless. They are rude. The management does not fix the problem

Too many outsiders come and occupy the area of reception. The management takes the visitors as free for advertisement. Most of the visitors are mannerless and management does not fix the problem; instead, train the hotel staff to treat the outsiders as special guests. This offends the checked in guests. This is a shame on management

Breakfast was good. AC didn’t work in the room and the staff didn’t address for 2 nights. Not happy. Will not visit again

B'fast is mostly repeat menu or just the same but its good.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Premises are well maintained. Staff was helpful.

Rooms not in good shape. Water starvation in the shower. Probably time for renovation. Poor compared to the Chennai Green Park.
