It’s quiet for a good night sleep.

Very nice vibe and friendly staff. Tbh, based on my many experience to live in a same level hotel, they might be the most friendly one. The manager came to say hello to everyone in the lobby during breakfast. Just make us feel warm and comfortable. It was a helpful location and very much aided our trip to the white sand national park.

Room was very clean ,front desk service was wonderful, I loved the breakfast varieties.

Good location, relatively quiet. Breakfast was fantanstic. Great staff. Bed was too soft for us. Tub was slippery i almost fell in the shower, hopefully they can put in antislip mat for future guests. There's someone's hair under the pillow :(. Given the price being quite a bit more than other holidayinn, this is very disappointing.

Noisy. All the noise from the hallway comes right into the room. Hallways are like a sauna. Front desk staff not very friendly. Not rude but certainly not friendly.

It’s close to White Sands National Monument. The complimentary breakfast is convenient, though not the best food of all time. Clean and nice, nothing fancy, it works.

We stayed on second floor, and someone was stomping their feet on the floor above us, the 3rd floor, all night long ! Very disturbing and not able to sleep well.

The room was clean and neat. I loved the view to the ocean. It looked a bit on the older side but cozy. It has a fire place and a balcony so you can sit and enjoy the sea.

Nice rooms,very clean, friendly staff. It is close to several different restaurants. It is also close to White Sands National Park and the hotel has sleds that they will let you borrow for free.
