酒店位于市中心，大堂不大，但是装修不错。早餐内容很少，显然没有达到五星标准。工作人员的态度比较一般，尤其是叫出租车，希望安排三辆，却来了四辆，而且出租车不打表，一点点路，居然收取每部车20欧，显然斩客，很是郁闷。

We would like to extend Our thanks to all the hotel employees for the wonderful time we had .The friendliness of the staff seems genuine and outstanding. Another credit goes to the breakfast service : Giovanna head waiter , Elisabetta,Sophia,Alessia and Valentina whom we congratulated before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. Mr Davide the bartender, was outgoing approachable and upbeat. All of them, were polite, professional and competent.. Nicola , he arranged the taxi transfer service to the airport. Ms Lia, housekeeper manager outstanding job. Ms Giusi was our room attendant, who consistently cleaned and serviced our room throughout our stay. The room was so crisp ,wrinkle-free bed linens without any creases. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place!!!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Auto kann man gegen Gebühr ins Parkhaus bringen lassen, die Lage ist sehr zentral in sicherer Umgebung. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zur Straßenseite, daher etwas lauter aber alles im Rahmen des Erwartbaren.

Fantastisk hotell med fin beliggenhet. Rommet var i veldig god tilstand, god rengjøring og god trykk i dusjen. Personalet var kjempehyggelig og service var på toppen.

Friendly staff. I got worst room in hotel.#116 .first floor . windows into the inner well .in window not any ray of light. Noise. Breakfast good.

The staff was friendly and very helpful they will do anything to help you. Sadly the hotel is dark and in need of a major refresh. The amenities don’t match the needs of today’s traveler.
