In general, a nice place to stay

Large, comfortable room with lovely views, excellent, helpful staff. We arrived back late from a tour at 10pm and the restaurant staff bent over backwards to get us a meal very quickly. Excellent hotel, very enjoyable stay, friendly, helpful staff.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

Stayed here twice. Great hotel in good location. Clise to bus terminal for onward travel to or from Patagonia. Nice cafes, shops and restaurants in the area

Excellent breakfast & restaurant as well

Great property in a good location. Handy for the bus depot two blocks away if you are heading north into the Patagonia tourist areas. Breakfast was excellent in a very pleasant dining area. Staff helpful

Friendly, comfortable and clean. Good food. Able to leave luggage when we went away on an excursion for two nights.

Only problem that I had in my stay it was all about strong strong smell of the air fresheners that they used in the lobby that connected to the restaurant as well .

The Cabo de Hornos is wonderful! I stayed one night on the way home from Patagonia, and found it comfortable, lovely, welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommend to travelers. The staff was particularly helpful.

Hotel super bem localizado (em frente à Plaza de Armas), em prédio histórico mas totalmente reformado e confortável. Staff super simpático e prestativo. Estacionamento afastado mas sem cobrança. Café da manhã de muito boa qualidade no restaurante que tem um visual moderno e confortável. O restaurante também é muito bom (um dos melhores da cidade). Carta de vinhos pequena... Preço barato para o que oferece. Uma grata surpresa e super recomendo.

This is a lovely hotel... historic charm, views of the strait or the central park, beautifully appointed, great rooms and great staff. Andres at the bell desk was really warm and helpful. The only downside was the room heating not working, inspite of the engineer's efforts. But the weather was fine, so it didn't bother us. It was ideal for our short stop in the town, providing easy access to restaurants and places to see. They have a lively restaurant on site that also serves a good breakfast.
