I love the location, the staff is always very nice and helpful. Anytime I know I’ll be traveling through Glen Rose, I make sure to stop and stay the night at this hotel.

I would absolutely stay here again. The free breakfast saved money and made the children very happy. The property was clean and safe. The pool, hot tub, and gym were nice features to have and made our trip more enjoyable. The property is on the older side so there are a few rough edges but nothing out of control or dirty. What absolutely sets this property apart is the excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. If you need anything, ask them! They were wonderful.

The 1st room offered the sheets were stained and it smelled, the ac didn't work. The 2nd room the blankets were also stained but we were tired snd just wanted to get some rest so we just didn't use the blankets

Overwhelming mildew smell walking into our room. Bought a scented candle in town and it helped. Noisy AC sounded like bullets hitting the walls. Not a constant hum, but random KLACK - KLACK all night. Between the smell and the noise, we couldn't sleep & drove home at 3:30AM.

Stay was great. The amenities where not all available.

We have stayed there 3 times and it’s never a disappointment. The staff is amazing and the pool is great. It’s very safe and easy to get to plus close to everything.

Very nice, better than other motel/hotels in the area. Two tiles broken in bathroom, but no water damage noted. Could use new sleeper sofa and chair, looked a bit worn out with obvious stains.

We had to replace the bed sheets ourselves when we got there because there was hair and dirt particles on the bed after we pulled down the sheets to get in bed. No soap was in the shower or at the sink, only a tiny shampoo bottle. The ceiling looks like it had a water leak at some point that was not properly patched up and painted over. The outdoor patio furniture wasn't at all what was in the photos, didn't even have a fireplace outside, and one of the hot tubs was green and disgusting. Not at all what I thought it was going to be.

Hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent. They had a full night before so when we arrived the room was not ready but the lady at the front desk figured it out for us and got us in a room! The room looked and felt great, it was clean! The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because 1. the hot tubs were not working or not on, we were really looking forward to that since it was advertised! and 2. the bed's had so many lumps in them like they were very old. Other than that, great stay!!

It was fine but will be our last stay there. The room was dirty, and we didn't get any tissues or hand soap. The shower curtain had mold and stains - as did the tub. Breakfast was dismal. The coffee was like water, and by 8am, selection was pretty limited on refrigerated items - only 1 yogurt left and some butter. The powdered eggs, sausage patties, and waffles were as expected (not good). There's no A/C in the stairwells, so they were hot. I can't imagine how hot they will be in summer, as it was only May. There are several similary-priced hotels in the area, so I will try one of those next time instead.

Staff and property is great just do not expect a very hot shower more just warm to cool actually other than that awesome little hotel also got this little rascal down by the river
