在所有住过的酒店中，这家感觉最不舒服，特压抑，屋顶挂一盏吊灯，好像分分钟碰到头一样，淋浴间超级小，淋浴时弯不下身子

I love this hotel from the friendly staff to the room condition and location. The room is small but neat and beautiful. The staff are the friendly and respectful, they are the major reason why I like this hotel so much. The location is perfect, there's one dock right at the corner all the way directly to airport. I would recommend anyone who's coming to Venice this excellent hotel. It will definitely make one of greatest experiences in this magical city.

房间和洗浴较小，所以舒适度较低，但整体装修的格调还是很高的，从灯具和一些家具能看出来，是个有年头的酒店，房间密封性很强。就性价比来说不错，前台服务人员很友善，重点是地理位置相当不错，走个七八分钟就能到圣马可广场，学士桥亦然，个人认为很适合自由行的人短期入住

房間很少，但整齊潔淨，有個小露台，很有小鎮風味，大堂職員十分友善，很樂意解答任何問題，很答謝他們介紹的餐廳，十分滿意，亦主動替我們book位。酒店位置相當近碼頭及聖馬可廣場，十分方便。

I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and respond promptly to any questions you have before you go by email. It's also situated in a very convenient location which makes it easy to explore the whole of Venice.

Older, charming hotel in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the room super clean. Easy access to Vaporetto and about 7-10 minute walk to St. Mark’s square. Breakfast was also wonderful! I’d stay there again.

This was my third stay at Bel Sito e Berlino. Firstly the staff is as fine as any in Venice. They simply can't do enough to help, and always with a smile. The building is beautiful, it has a canal entrance for private taxis, and for public transport it is located at the S. Maria del Giglio ferry landing. Just a two minute walk to the hotel with no bridges to cross with heavy suite cases. The hotel has an incredible breakfast buffet in the morning, and a bar all day/ night til 11 pm. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but it is surrounded by excellent places to eat in all directions. Aprox five min walk to San Marco Plaza. Can't recommend this place enough, I will be staying here as long as I continue to visit Venice

Amazing staff who delivered me a birthday cake at breakfast despite me not saying anything about it! Great location too

Lovely hotel in a great location. A very short walk to the water bus stop to the airport and sights like St Marks and the Opera House. The rooms are traditionally Italian in style with Murano glass light fittings with stunning views of the church opposite. The staff were lovely and very helpful

客室がとにかくエレガントで素敵でした。外の景色は1番右の部屋だったので教会の素敵な彫刻が半分だけ見えたのが残念でした。 次回部屋が選べるなら中央の部屋に泊まりたいです。 そして、フロントの方がとにかく紳士に対応してくれ、困ったことや聞きたい事を迅速に対処してくれ感謝です。紹介してもらったお店も美味しかったです！ またヴェネツィアに来て泊まりたい素敵なホテルになりました。 ただ、朝食の味はもう少し美味しくして欲しいです（^人^）

it was a very cute hotel with a delicious breakfast included cute sitting area perfect location. The room was a bit small and it was definitely old school old world look nothing modern but beautiful.

Great location, easy to access from ferry, great staff and breakfast. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff who cleaned the rooms did a great job and organised my pyjamas on the bed each day in a lovely way

Super friendly staff, excellent location, the back of the building is open to the canal, where you can see the gondolas passing by

Such a great boutique hotel to stay at! Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location to everything in Venice! Not to mention a short 2 minute walk to the Waterbus stop.
