Very nice in every way

The breakfast wasn’t good at all

The room was ok, very noisy The windows has not been cleaned for years, hard to look out through them. There are no fridge, no glasses and no amenities in the room. If you forget to hang out a message, nobody cleans the room. Might be green policy, but it’s not visual in the price. There are no hooks to hang your clothes on.

Room was clean. Very cozy bed and bathtub was nice.

Lovely spacious room in a beautiful hotel.

Gute Lage, ein wenig Beatles Feeling, aber es war bei unserem Aufenthalt (Ende Oktober) im Zimmer sehr kalt. Die Heizung ging nicht, auf Nachfrage gab es an der Rezeption auch keine Decken („sind aus“ war die Auskunft).

Perfect location in the Cavern Qtr. easy access to shops bars/nightlife and docks. Great value for money with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Op zich is het een Hard Days Night Hotel een goede plek, de locatie is top - de sfeer in de bar is goed, ook de bediening in de bar en het restaurant waren uitstekend. Echter: de receptie: bij aankomst (we waren met 2 koppels) werden 3 betaal- of creditcards niet door het systeem van het hotel geaccepteerd. Zowel in de bar als in het restaurant konden we wél met deze betaalmiddelen (ook dezelfde dag nog!) betalen. Dat de receptie dit niet voor elkaar kreeg kwam onprofessioneel en amateuristisch over. En is ook geen fijne start. Om afschrift van de betaling van het ontbijt moest met herhaling worden gevraagd - de printer zou niet functioneren etc etc. Ook al weer zo klungelig. Vervolgens was een van de twee kamers koud - het was echt te koud - we vroegen een losse heather - die werd toegezegd maar daar moesten wel twee maal om vragen. We vonden de kamers (voor een 4 sterren hotel) aan de krappe en net niet comfortabele kant. Bovendien: in een van de kamers (aan de voorzijde) - de ramen waren echt al erg lang niet gewassen. Dat komt betrekkelijk shabby over; althans: dat vinden wij. Bovendien: we misten een afdoende instructie hoe e.e.a. in de kamer te bedienen (verlichting en verwarming). Dus enerzijds echt: uitstekend en anderzijds: echt een onvoldoende! En dat is jammer, erg jammer!

It was nice to have a balcony and fresh air. The room was spacious. Housekeeping was uneven. The hotel did not provide drinking water or drinking glasses for the room or bathroom. We understood that the breakfast would be included in our stay, but were charged for it at check-in. Excellent location.

Reception staff excellent, Hotel room has to be the noisiest I’ve ever stayed in, outside noise and internal, especially interconnecting door, sounded like the couple next door, were talking in my room at 3am

Room needs better light

Confusión en las tarjetas para la limpieza de cuartos. No es eficiente. Pero en general es un gran hotel. Si hablaran español, mucho mejor.

This is our second time staying! Convenient for shops ect... Staff friendly and helpful! Got a free upgrade! Thank you enjoyed very much cant wait to go back!

No view from the balcony. No mini fridge. The pillows were small old and flat. Coffee in the room terrible.
