Personale gentilissimo e colazione superlativa. Camera spaziosa con splendida vista e tutto il necessario. Piccolo suggerimento: andrebbe fatta un po' di manutenzione alla porta del bagno

La chambre était conforme à nos attentes, la piscine intérieure et la partie spa sont très bien, nous avons bien apprécié ce séjour.

Bellissima struttura in un luogo incantevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molt la cortesia e la preparazione del personale, sia di hotel che di SPA. Ambienti molto puliti. Personalmente, ritengo la camera standard ed il bagno un po' piccoli, con pochi appoggi per i vari oggeti (valige, asciugamani, ecc)

The hotel is right on the lake and don’t feel busy. Always able to get a sun lounger and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You really need a car though as there is nothing really within walking distance.

Katastrophaler service, 5 Sterne? Niemals max. 3 Sterne, Zimmerstandard wie mittelmäßiges Motel, laut (Disco nebenan?) Betten für 5 Sterne unterirdisch. Niemals wieder. Frechheit für den Preis.

the hotel had a superb location on the lake and food at the hotel was very good, albeit expensive. Its not 5*though, rooms are clean and comfortable but by their design are dark and no views from junior suites unless you step outside on to youterrace. Staff friendly and helpful and no problem finding a sunbed. There were around 5 restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, none of them special but food was okay and prices more in line with what you expect to pay on a lakeside location. The ferry terminal is a 5 minute walk away, but limited to go the Sirmione and Garda. Taxis can be hard to get, dont use Uber, they dont have a ful license to operate in Italy apparently, but hotel concierge Marco was helpfuland managed to find taxis for us. All in all we had a great time in Garda and the hotel, for us, was nice and peaceful.

the front desk older lady was nasty

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage direkt am Gardasee. Dieses Mal hatten wir leider ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist in diesen Zimmern nich mr möglich. Das Hotel verfügt über mehrere qualitativ hochstehende Restaurants. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

We had a truly memorable stay at this charming lakeside hotel, where the direct access to the water added a serene and picturesque touch to the experience. The lake views were simply breathtaking, creating an atmosphere of peace and beauty throughout the property. The staff stood out for their attentiveness and warmth, consistently making us feel welcome and cared for. Every request was met with prompt and courteous service. Breakfast offered everything you could want to start the day off right, including freshly cooked eggs and omelettes made to order—always a nice touch. The hotel’s restaurants were a highlight, with gourmet dishes presented artfully and tasting just as amazing as they looked. The only downside was the air conditioning in the bedroom, which struggled to cool effectively and made falling asleep a bit difficult during warmer nights. With such high standards elsewhere, we hope this gets resolved soon. The pool area was spotless, with fresh towels always available and plenty of staff to ensure everything ran smoothly. The pool bar was another delightful feature, offering great service and a wide selection of drinks that kept us refreshed all afternoon. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a small caveat. We'd happily return, and maybe pack a mini fan just in case

We had a wonderful stay at Splendido Bay. While everything was great, the highlight was definitely our meals at Il Rivale. We also had lovely walks from the hotel into town. It might be a bit far for some (2.6 miles) but it was a beautiful way to get our daily exercise in. We'll definitely go back!
