The location is very close to WTC, good and safe location. I only need to walk 2 min to supermarket and restaurant. It is very convenient. Staff is very nice and good service, but I have not cash to give them tips. I will prepare cash next times. The breakfast is so good, but it is better to provide Ice Tea, you need to pay tips for waiter, even though the room is include the breakfast. The room is big and so clean. It is central control panel; it is better to provide user guide, print it out and put in the desk. Everything is good, and high price performance, but only one need to be improved, it is the Air conditioner, it is too cool in the room, even though I turn off the Cool, or turn on the Heat. The room always keep in 18 degrees.

Conveniente para una noche y si el precio y la ubicación lo justifica, mobiliario viejo y personal faltó de capacitación.

La propiedad muestra un deterioro el mobiliario luce desgastado pero lo peor es que en la ducha hay moho, además la persiana de mi habitación no funcionaba, como llegue cerca de las 11pm ya no lo reporte, no utilice el cupón del desayuno, no me pareció apetecible desayunar allí.

Towels worn out; needs remodeling i.e. wash basin, toilet; carpet stained in some areas. Beds, sheets, pillows clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

El servicio en recepción es muy malo nunca hay quien resuelva es lento y se molesta muy fácil el personal, en recepción cobraban 6500 y por la aplicación 1800

Nos asignaron una habitación que tenía varias fallas de mantenimiento y deterioro: Las persianas eléctricas no subían ni bajaban, la puerta del baño no cerraba y el agua se quedaba estancada en la ducha durante mucho tiempo después de bañarse. El segundo día fui al front desk a manifestar ma situación y se inmediato me asignaron una nueva habitación en la que no tuvimos ningún inconveniente

The best thing about this Hotel is that it is located in a good area where you can walk short distances to stores and restaurants. The bad thing was that the room was dirty.. dirty carpet (does not seem like they vacuumed between guests), some stains on “clean” sheets and the Shower had stains that appeared to be Mold.

Good location close to restaurants

Check in was simple. Complementary buffet-style breakfast was amazing. Rooms were nice. Would definitely stay again
