Conveniently located on the South side of Fort Collins, this Holiday Inn location has easy access to everything Fort Collins has to offer. Easy, Quick check-in. Request a room on the opposite side of the main street, or you will hear traffic all night as Harmony is a main thoroughfare. Breakfast was extremely limited, only Waffles and dried cereal when we tried at 8:30am for a breakfast that is scheduled to be available from 6:30-10:00am Room was clean, and AC worked great! There are quite a few dining options in the area that you can easily walk to.

We have stayed in many of the hotels in this area, and found the Holiday Inn Express the best for service, condition and cleanliness. The staff were cordial and professional, the room was spotless and in perfect condition and the breakfast was warm and plentiful.

Hotel was mediocre overall. Hot tub was warm not hot, which I think could be a safety concern. The food was meh but it was "free". Cleanliness seemed ok. The bed was very comfortable (beauty rest mattress). The AC was very loud and rattling. Ice machines were broken. The staff Ethan and Robert were excellent. Staff Lauren not so much and should not be in customer service I would never go back to this hotel due to this woman and how she handled a 6-hour beeping annoying fire alarm. I had to escalate through customer service to receive any sort of compensation which was a one night stay which was satisfactory but the way she handled it was just terrible and really added insult to injury. If you're going to compensate someone do it with a smile, not a passive aggressive dismissive tone...... absolutely ridiculous.....she has no idea how to deal with customers.

Ice machines not working, but otherwise very nice

Staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast excellent. The hotel is located in a lovely area and quiet.

Property was conveniently located, staff was friendly. Didn’t like that neither ice machine was working during our stay.

The Internet did not work most of the time, both ice machines were broken, and the front door was broken.

The bed and pillows were simply ok, not very comfortable, but not the worst. The air conditioner unit sounded like a helicopter was outside the window, which was annoying. There was blood on the edge of the sheets that was not ours, we hadn’t noticed when it was tucked under the bed. One of the pillows smelled weird on one side, ew! Breakfast was good.

Good place to stay, needs some renovations

Comfy bed and pillow. Clean. Good breakfast. Best hotel I’ve stayed at all summer.
