No hot tub.....😲☹️was offered to go to property nextdoor......😔

Like that it had a restaurant attached on this rainy evening. The bathroom door was very heavy and closed quickly and loudly which was disruptive.

Pillows were all hard even the ones that said soft and one of the pillow smells bad which was concerning! Our neighbors were very noisy. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and my children really enjoyed the pool.

excellent room and staff. very quiet room.

My only complaint is the curtains don’t close all the way. Only sheer curtains over the windows. No way to darken the room. Otherwise it was perfect.

Our tv didn’t work. They said they would send someone up but never did. Let the desk know on my way out again,

Everyone was so nice. The room was exceptionally clean along with the entire hotel. We will definitely stray here again.

Everything is very good at this facility. The staff is very polite and courteous. Very happy with this place.

Stayed here to be able to walk to where I was going. Checked with the hotel prior ot booking to verify that the restaurant/bar would be open in the evenings, was told it would and then when I got there it wasn't. Could buy food and drink from the front desk, but the entire idea was to be out of the room. Breakfast was decent, pools are a good size but could be deeper. Proabably will stay again due to location but would rather be elsewhere.

My fav place to stay in Wisconsin Rapids area.

First off, the staff! They are all attentive, personable and helpful. Whenever we needed anything for our large group, they were on top of it. Beds were awesome and room was clean.

We had stayed at this hotel in October and were ver happy with it that was why we booked again. Our on disappointment was we booked with breakfast included and it somehow didn't come through on our reservation. We couldn't add it after we got to the hotel because we booked through expedia.

Was a great overnight stay for New Years Eve Bluegrass concert that was happening at the hotel.

Nice little pool for children and toddlers. Great food at the restaurant and friendly staff.

I stayed in the room with a jacuzzi in it. The faux fireplace was soothing. I loved my stay.

We stayed in a jetted tub suite. Booked 2 nights, after the first night and full day my wife had developed a cough but I was fine, before bed I sat down and looked up and the ceiling was coated in black mold from the jet tub in the room above us! I was fine because I sleep with a cpap so my air goes through filters at night we are guessing. I showed the front desk pictures and they were shocked and gave us a new room but nothing more. After being out of the room for 24 hours my wife is fine now. I would have expected and apology, a discount, a refund, anything. How did it go unnoticed long enough for the ceiling to be fuzzy?
