Comfortable beds! Great breakfast.

This place is generally clean amd relatively inexpensive. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked, etc. We had the one bedroom suite and the space was nice. It was clean, but the furnishings were "not great"... The couch was just a rottenly uncomfortable back breaker (They need to be tossed out). The bed was passable, but was starting to "taco" just a little... Won't be long until another reviewer goes hard on that "feature". Would I stay here again... It was two nights in a clean and friendly place that was very close to my aging mother... I absolutely would stay again, but would hope that the hotel cares enough to replace the "broken in" furniture.

This hotel was clean and well taken care of. The service and housekeeping services were great. The major drawback was the phone and internet was awful. Even using their WiFi we couldn’t use the internet and had to go outside to have a phone conversation. Probably would look for a different property next time

We would stay there again. Comfortable room. Breakfast was fine. Good area. Also convenient to highway.

For our five night stay that should have cost us less than $650, this hotel charged us nearly $900 because they said Travelocity changed the rate. My girlfriend, who is fairly local, went back twice in an attempt to correct the matter and the hotel management was not helpful at all. Outside of this issue, we found the hotel pleasant with a nice breakfast included.

Excellent customer service!! It's very clean and convenient. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was good too. The only problem was that it's very loud and we could hear people talking outside our room as if they were inside the room. Mini golf across the street was super fun too.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Not a lot of extras - pretty basic and breakfast was just fair. Not easy area to walk around

Great rooms and breakfast. Pool area a bit disappointing. Pool unheated so pretty chilly.

The breakfast was plentiful

We enjoyed our short stay. Everything was nice. The only small thing was mold around the bath. Other than that all was fine. Nice small swimming pool, sauna, hot tub. We did not have breakfast though because we had other plans, so I can’t comment on food there.

Loved the jetted tub in my room. After a harrowing day at the airport, this was like an oasis!!

FAMILY FRIENDLY! ADA -Wheelchair friendly and excellent breakfast choices in the mornings—coffee goes fast (it’s good) — easy access to the freeway and definitely a town walking through—cute coffee shop and chocolate Emporium nearby and KIN restaurant perfect for dining! Russian Rover brewery is not far from the hotel —best beer and brewery in Nor Cal!

Perfect place to relax

For the price, it was a great stay. I got a really good deal and I’m not sure I would have paid a whole lot more because it’s No Frills Holiday Inn express. Pros: Felt safe in the area They had lots of luggage carts available, which made it easy to get my luggage to and from my room. Breakfast was good, plenty of selections. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Cons: The general area around the property was pretty deserted but again the price was right and the hotel itself was OK. The pillows were all soft pillows, I think having a variety of pillows would have been better. The carpet was dirty. The room had a funky smell, and the air was really stagnant. On top of that the air conditioner had an intermittent rattling noise that was annoying enough that if I hadn’t brought earplugs, it would have been a problem. For the price I paid it was fine, but if I had paid more, I would have been irritated.
