最大的優勢是離水上巴士站、聖馬可廣場非常近，附近也有很多餐廳及熱門商店(蕾莉歐)，要去玻璃島、彩色島或outlet也都可以搭到適合的船班直達或轉車。如果行李比較多，也可以搭乘機場直達的水上巴士ALILAGUNA(約75分鐘，比較久一點，但不用拉行李走一大段石板路轉汽車和水上巴士)。 本館及別館都有住過，飯店比較有歷史，但整體而言還不錯，值得考慮，最大的優勢還是交通方便及地點。

房間有點小但位置非常好，碼頭就在正前方；早餐尚可，服務人員態度都很友善。

住在附屬建築也是在大街大廳Check-in，房間整齊乾淨、曬衣方便、早餐好吃、交通方便，散步即可抵達很多小景點。

飯店人員很熱心，且很有耐心的幫我們檢查wifi，地點也好得沒話說，最後一天還可以直接在最近的碼頭搭船到機場，比較在意的是整潔部份，如果再加強些會更好！房間雖小，但也舒適，整體而言很不錯。

Hotel Paganelli地點非常棒，就在碼頭前面可立刻搭到4.2、5.1航線，不用擔心拖著行李在石板路上行走，飯店旁就是聖馬可廣場，被大文豪喜愛知名的caffeflorian venice也在這裏。 飯店雖然老舊，不過應該有重新裝修過，床褥舒適好睡，但室內光線過於昏暗，我們的房間還有個自己的小露台，天氣不太熱時可以在露台上喝杯下午茶，且因為是在後棟，所以一點都不吵。 早餐要到隔壁棟的Paganelli飯店使用，非常豐盛，應有盡有，吃得很飽、吃得很好，可以不用只能喝超小杯的Espresso，服務員會問你要什麼？只要說吧！ 當時櫃檯入住時有個親切迷人的小姐，給予我們許多幫助，房間內還贈送一大盒約四人份水管義大利麵，我帶著它旅行，從威尼斯到佛羅倫斯、波隆納才將它烹煮了，令人印象美好的伴手禮。

地點 : 方便，面向大海，行去聖馬可廣場3分鐘就到 房間：被upgrade 到豪華房，比想像中大好多 早餐 : 一般

豪華客房218號的潟湖景觀非常棒！飯店前就是水上巴士站，距離聖馬可廣場非常近，buffet早餐在轉角的二館1樓，項目選擇不多，熱食僅有炒蛋，可現點現做卡布奇諾。

很棒的飯店，交通相當方便，距離水上巴士的碼頭很近，客房內部乾淨整潔，浴室很大間，早餐也很豐富好吃，會向朋友們推薦

Thanks to Hotel Paganelli for making our time in Venice so easy. You guys are great along with the two rooms. Location was perfect,staff was out of this world, friendly and always addressed us by name as we came through the lobby. Huge thank you for arranging our private water taxi on arrival from train station and departure to airport. 10/10 and then some. Thank you. Wish we could visit more often.

Very comfortable hotel, with fabulous views over the water. Wonderful location with St Mark's and other main sights all close by. Also situated right next to a waterbus stop making journey to airport, Murano, Burano and rest of Venice extremely easy. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. Very good breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold dishes, and gluten-free bread as standard.

Inmejorable localización y mejor aún el PERSONAL!!!

Quarto limpo, mas nas fotos do anúncio aparece o prédio do hotel de frente para o mar, mas quando chegamos nos levaram para um outro prédio que fica em um beco. Mas mesmo assim, indico o hotel. Gostamos do quarto, da localização e do atendimento. Ficamos um dia só!

Todo perfecto, lo unico es que la temperatura del cuarto era muy caliente incluso con la calefacción apagada. Pero la ubicación, la habitación y el personal fue maravilloso

Ficar neste hotel foi uma boa experiência, muitos deixam a desejar. Quarto super confortável, tudo limpo e organizado, e o café da manhã é ótimo, bem acima da média.

A localização e a equipe do hotel são excelentes.

Room was in good condition but was very tight quarters for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not much room to move around in the room itself. It was hot in the room at night with no way to control temperature, so we had to keep windows open but then the bell tower would ring in the morning and wake us. Additionally, pillows were hard and so sleep was not restful. Breakfast was not included in our price. On a positive note, the hotel location was perfectly convenient, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and room cleaning/turnover was good.
