Great hotel…only issue is the AC smelled moldy

Had great breakfast variety, including drink variety, as well as a few to go options. Room was very clean, and size was perfect for solo travel. I liked the fact that the room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Would stay at this location again.

Nice room with good breakfast at a fair price.

Staff was courteous and professional.

Great stay! Clean and quiet! Breakfast was great!

Our phone in the room didn’t work. The pool isn’t heated. Hot tub broken, front desk said it would be an hour until it was fixed and then never followed through. An hour later came to check to see if it was actually broken. The tub was dirty. The fridge didn’t work: the staff didn’t care.

The first night the people around us was loud and smoking pot the next day we told and was moved to a different room. The was above now and was very loud stomping on the floor so not much sleep for the 3 nights and the girl working 2 shift was very rude and there was no towels at the pool ask for some and she smart off and said i close the pool down. She didn't do anything about them smoking pot .

All the staff was terrific. Especially Leilani and the front desk manager thank you for a nice stay.

Room had no hot water. When I told the front desk, all they said was ok. Offered no discount or or resolution. Mattress was lopsided and pillows too hard

Very clean. Nice staff. Quiet. Great breakfast! Location nice. Tub/shower drain needs repair. Door frame to bathroom needs repair. Ceiling sprinkler nozzle needs repair.....needs cap around them. Clock will not stay set on current time.

Nothing outstanding about the property,, enough parking , but the birds in the trees messed all over the cars parked in the lot. I also was disappointed in that I did not get a printout of my expenses for the weekend. Said I booked through Expedia I would get bill from them. I think they should be able to give me my total cost as I'm checking out!!!!

This is my go to stay in Enid. Great staff. Breakfast is good. The elevator made me a little iffy. And they had decided to paint the hot tub on a Saturday the last time we stayed. But over all this will be my go to place.
