A very pleasant stay, spacious room, comfy bed. I would recommend this hotel.

Guys at the front desk are kind and helpful. Room is clean.

The elevator was broken for all 3 days. The rooms and hallways were filthy. Basic supplies like lotion, Face towels, and drinking water are not available in rooms

Both lifts did not work. Heating in room did not work on first night. Hotel in need of a general renovation.

Elevators were out of order but staff worked had to accommodate me on lower floor and carried my bags up 4 flights of stairs!

We stayed for 2 nights and for 2 days the elevator didn't work and we had to climb stairs for 2 days to fifth floor. Such a worse experience. Need money back.

Good location. Decent room. But reception tried to charge me extra for breakfast which I’d already paid for and lift completely broke whole stay- high rise building.

Room was clean, bathroom toilet didn't flush properly. Only one elevator was working upon arrival and remained out of order when we returned from tour 12 days later making it very difficult for visitors to get around. Otherwise very comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good...bar service also...but a very old holiday in....also the area from what my Uber driver told me wasn't a good area. It's about a 30 minute walk to get to the train for transportation. They do have buses that come in the front but it better just to use Uber.

This is a good place to stay before a Heathrow departure. Takes about an hour but it’s a nice quiet setting and photos from my morning walk.

Holiday Inn was supposed to be 5 star hotel. It didnt match the image and the ads. The surroundings were filthy and sketchy. One elevator was out of service the whole time we were there. Reception desk was not friendly enough for an older tourist except for Nicole (what a sweet lady). The room attendant tried her best to make the room clean but gums stuck on a carpet didnt look good. Noise from the outside didn't help for us to sleep restfully and someone tried to open the adjoining door during the night.

This was my second stay in the hotel. I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Good location. Nice views of the canal. Close to pubs and restaurants. Close to Airport. Really helpful staff especially at breakfast which makes a huge difference to your stay.
