Good!

Room was not clean. Shower curtain had makeup on it. Mold in the bathroom. Dust everywhere, dirt on the walls, etc.

Our 2 night stay was fine

Meh. Just stayed for a night, convenient for what we needed, but wouldn’t stay again.

The only thing that was wrong about stay was the pool was not open. Nobody told us. We were expecting to swim.

Disappointed the pool was closed. Also communicated via Travelocity that I needed 6 extra pillows due to knee surgery. They said they never agreed to it and protested, finally giving me only 2 pillows. Breakfast was weak, almost nothing and fruit was old oranges. Coffee was old/bitter. Exercise equipment was rusted. Talked to manager who didn't seem to care about concerns.

It was clean but the covers and towels were worn and had stains on it. The pool was worn, looked molded around the sides and the water was cloudy. It did not make me want to swim in it. But the staff was nice and accommodating

I didn’t stay here longer than 2 hours because I didn’t feel safe. Room was hot and inside the fridge was hotter. I have medication that needs refrigerated so the fridge not working was an issue. Room was decent and clean, but pillows felt like they were made of rocks. Room was decent but location felt unsafe. After I left I noticed a piece missing from my window/door frame like someone tried to break into it.

I was sent a link to pre-register which I followed. I submitted personal information, ie,,,debit card info, make, model and year of my vehicle and my drivers license. When I arrived, the young lady said LaQuinta would never send such a link. When I showed it to her with her name attached to it, she was speechless. She got extremely quiet. When I told her that I had requested a handicapped room with a walk-in shower via the website, she said they didn’t have those rooms available. I told her that I reserved this room over 6 months ago but she didn’t care. All she wanted to know is “how are you going to pay?” Unbelievable, if anyone out there likes to be treated this way, LaQuinta is the perfect place for you to stay.

Very helpful due to our late check in and check out. Easy to find and close to the vampire diaries attraction. Comfortable beds. Met our needs to stay overnight.

The manager named Nick was very accommodating for me and my family, I even booked an additional night because of how great the customer service was.

It was clean, great location and very friendly and helpful staff
