Doug, the breakfast attendant, was superb. He spoke to everyone, engaged in conversation but never stopped working. He was very pleasant.

Wi-fi was not good but nice hotel

Was here for a business trip and the hotel met all of my expectations, except I was hoping to have waffles available for my breakfast. Not a big deal but still enjoyed my stay there and may hopefully return here in the next couple of years for my next business trip

It was a nice visit. Hall way was hot but air was turned on later that day .

This hotel was so clean and the staff was friendly, highly recommend staying here if you need a good place to stay!

Great breakfast, clean rooms

Room was very clean, check in was quick, room was nice. For whatever reason, I could not get comfortable. I tossed and turned all night. Not sure if it was the pillows or the bed.

It was just the right distance from the Brandon Amphitheater. It was clean, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.

It just felt so clean & bright, always love the free breakfast too.

Quick service our room was ready before 3.

From check in to check out, this was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The front desk workers were top notch and as nice as can be, breakfast was nice, the place is clean, and it is in an excellent location. We will stay there again, for sure!

Great stay for overnight trip for a family member's graduation.

Great location!

Everything was clean, very nice looking, even had good cable services. What ididnt like was dat, there werent any luggage carriers in the lobby during the check in so i had to make several trips back and forth to the car and room, house keeping did not change out my bed sheets nor towels, i had to ask the service desk for both. The other people that had rooms would let their door slam and that makes a very loud noise. Overall i will stay here again.

I always enjoy staying here. The customer service is great. Very quiet and convenient to shopping.

Used this hotel for extra family in town. Easy booking for me and then checking in for elderly parents.
