There has bit conflict with hotel when we check in, we through Hotel.com booking 1 room 3 adults 2 nights but the hotel tell us the room is for 2 adults & 1 child under 12, we need tp pay extra 30P fro 1 night. I spend more than1 hours with IDD, email to contact Hotel.com hotline ask for assistant but he reply me to pay extra 60P to hotel, I don't agree & the Hotel.com staff need to seek for Manager advice but finally no reply from Hotel.com. Last we talk to hotel senior staff & finally no need to pay extra to stay.

Just back from 3 night break and was surprised at how quiet the hotel was well away from any noise of roads. Room was fine and had aircon and very good wifi included. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and refreshed regularly so never ran out of anything, only scrambled eggs no fried etc but that’s a minor issue. Parking bit steep at £10 for 24 hours. Fairly short walk into main front area of Poole for shops boat trips restaurants etc. Bit tricky to find way in and out of hotel on road system but fine once mastered

Went down when breakfast started at 6:30 and the hashbrowns were already cold.

Breakfast was excellent, dinner however is a different kettle of fish. To charge £4.00 for 5 onion rings was actually a rip off. Over the two dinners we had in the hotel service was inadequate. Bringing out two dishes separately because one meal wasn’t ready. I’m expecting decent service and pulling the staff off the reception desk to run the and wait table is unprofessional and rediculous.

Fresh, hot breakfsst, good range of items available. Staff friendly and helpful. Room sparkling clean!! Nice quiet hotel even though there were lots of guests there. Would recommend.

Provide sockets both sides of the bed. Preferably smart ones

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast but rooms are on the small side. Locations isn't good for walking anywhere. A good place for 1 or perhaps 2 nights but not longer - we use it as an overnight stay before catching the ferry to France.

Everything walkable and a great standard of INN type accommodation

Great hotel for my one night stay. Hotel had everything you could want and breakfast was amazing. Only things that would have got a better rating was having someone there when I arrived.i waited a while at check in and I had a ground floor room with a table right outside my window that smokers were using.

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and always get an excellent service. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent, one of the best I've had for years. Poole is a great base to explore Dorset and Hampshire.The only downside of the hotel is that as the car park is run by a separate company you have to pay for parking which at £10 per day can mount up

Very covenant location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, only 20 minute walk to the harbour. We were more than satisfied as its a budget hotel ,we though the quality of breakfast was good and our room was clean , the bed was comfortable, shower nice and hor ,nothing to complain about.

Far better than expected from a budget chain express hotel! Staff superb and free full English breakfast was a suprise
