There has bit conflict with hotel when we check in, we through Hotel.com booking 1 room 3 adults 2 nights but the hotel tell us the room is for 2 adults & 1 child under 12, we need tp pay extra 30P fro 1 night. I spend more than1 hours with IDD, email to contact Hotel.com hotline ask for assistant but he reply me to pay extra 60P to hotel, I don't agree & the Hotel.com staff need to seek for Manager advice but finally no reply from Hotel.com. Last we talk to hotel senior staff & finally no need to pay extra to stay.

Clean and tidy room , parking was ok although there is a charge and breakfast is free but it a decent standard. Happy at the price for the night

The room had no heating from the combined aircon/ heating wall mounted unit on my arrival at 5.30pm. When set at a high temp it just blew out cold air despite changing the units settings, the day was cold anyway so I had to go to bed with my clothes on top of the bed linen. There was no additional blanket in the room. I was cold. After sending a similar note as above when requested to for my check-in experience that evening, on waking the heater was working so it seemed to me that the issue had been worked on when the hotel received my report during the evening. The room itself was clean and the breakfast was very comprehensive and for that the hotel can be recommended.

Staff were lovely,room was basic,as expected,but clean and roomy ,would have liked a bigger bed.but overall a pleasant 1 night stopover.

Rooms no heating had to ask for two radiators, windows poor quality could hear and feel the wind coming through the frames,

Room was clean. Actually quite large. Bathroom excellent. Staff courteous and helpful. Brilliant breakfast.

Room was absolutely freezing on arrival. And bedding dirty/stained with dodgy stains The bathroom had no form of heating at all . Bedding was changed. But it should never have been like that Heating we were told had been sorted, complained again, was told it was on but it went off again 5 minutes later then i was given a portable heater . So three attempts to lift the room temperature from 14 degrees on a wet windy cold day . It was obvious that this is an issue they are used to dealing with . I was offered a free drink but i asked for the manager to contact me regarding a room reduction as my visits to reception were getting frustrating . I have not had any contact Breakfast was ok but we were there at exactly 6.30and it was already tepid. The scrambled eggs were something weird - question “egg” Staff were accommodating but they most certainly appeared used to having to deal with a heating issue . I was offered another room (for the mattress) then told I couldn’t have be offered another room (for the heating ) because they were full . Rather contradictory -maybe the heating was the same in all rooms ?) Chosen for convenience to ferry and early breakfast , was steeply priced for what was delivered, even if we had had heating, definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Very clean and comfortable room and helpful staff. Very good self service breakfast included although being picky it would have been nice to have had fried eggs and mushrooms available with the cooked breakfast. We would certainly be happy to use the hotel again.

Tried multiple times to get a VAT receipt, who knows why they don’t want to supply one..

Room was as expected. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was ok.

Clean but basic - why do so many hotels not have provision for more than a single suitcase? Rather isolated from the rest of the town - a drive or minimum 20 minute walk to get anywhere. A good breakfast. We have used it several times because it is very convenient for the ferry port which is less than 15 minutes drive away. Some ferries depart early or arrive late and I don't want a long drive very early or late.

Lovely stay with helpful and kind staff. The room was comfortable and the brekfast and dinner was consistently delicious. Perfect for a family holiday

Room was very clean and staff were very attentive!

All clean and new but being rinsed for parking is unforgivable! Won’t use again
