Convenient for the station 2 mins, main square 15 min. Easy parking. Breakfast was adequate. Perfect stay for a couple of days.

Excellent stay. Hôtel was very clean. Large room and oversized shower in bathroom. Friendly reception and bar staff. Well placed for walking into the main squares of Arras. Would recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable, clean and spacious room, and excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Highly recommend and will stay again if i am in Arras!

Great hotel, well located near centre of Arras which is a wonderful town

This Hotel is about 200m to the left as you exit the train station. The staff was exceptional and most speak english. If we ever return, we will come back to this hotel. The centre square of the town is all within 15 minutes walking range, though there is much more to see. If you plan to rent a car, book ahead online. Two of the three rental places we went to had no cars available.

I love the place!!

Arrived late due to delayed ferry. Staff on reception was very friendly and informative even with the hour of arrival. My daughter was given a small gift bag for children which was amazing. With small wooden toys, a yoyo, a puzzle and a spinning top and sweets. Comfortable, clean room. Breakfast in the morning had a good range of hot and cold. Would definitely recommend.

A modern North American style hotel. Easy parking near downtown and train station.

Rooms were clean and large. Could have more USB outlets. Continental breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Arras area!

The hotel was perfectly adequate. Comfy beds. Looks as though it had been refurbished fairly recently. Nice modern feel. Breakfast was decent too. However, Donovan on the front desk really made our stay. He was super friendly and helpful throughout. Helped us with parking and electric charging. And his English was amazing.

We stayed one night and it was very welcoming and easy. The breakfast was excellent.

Nice budget hotel with good breakfast. Room was small and 2 bed was a sofa bed which wasn't too comfortable but room was cheap so we couldntbexpect anything else really.

The hotel itself was fine, but I arrived late at night and it wasn’t possible to use the car park for some reason. The night manager suggested a car park behind the hotel but the barrier refused to lift saying it was full despite lots of available spaces. In the end I had to park in a public car park which is what I was trying to avoid especially since this isn’t the nicest part of town.
