For the price could not fault anything! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Staff helpful and friendly. Had an issue with dinner but quickly resolved and given a complementary drink! Although we didn’t need to it was a lovely touch with the sign in the bathroom for complementary toiletries if you’d forgotten them. Towels soooo soft and choice of pillows for the bed.

1st time I’ve been back in Walsall in over 25 year. This hotel made us feel like we was part of the family, very friendly, clean, and brilliant staff. Definitely will be back next year, just for the Hotel

Perhaps the best value available in the surrounding area. The staffs were professional, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is nothing fancy but still provides you with all the English necessities. Despite being close to a high way, the room was quiet. I read some reviews of a few other Holiday Inns in the areas nearby were under maintained, that was definitely not the case for this establishment.

Great location for a pit stop without straying too far from the M6. We were able to charge our car easily on the car park next door but the hotel will have its own operating in the next few days. All staff really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Emma and Gary on reception. Breakfast was self service with enough choice for even the fussiest of eaters. They even have a pancake station. Our room faced the M6, yes we could hear traffic noise but not enough to keep us awake. This was our first stay in a Holiday Inn Express and wont be the last.

The hotel was busy with a coach party so only snacks available on the Saturday night. Breakfast very busy in the morning. Also TV did not work
