房间宽敞，干净，服务人员良好。房间里的空调很难调节，所以房间有点冷。早餐还不错。

không có gì để bàn. dịch vụ khá tốt. góp ý thêm cho khách sạn là nên thay tv và bồn vệ sinh để phù hợp với thời đại.

Mọi thứ đều perfect chỉ có 1 điểm trừ duy nhất là buổi sáng 6h cái loa phường đã bật nên ồn không thể ngủ được thêm dù rất mệt 😭

The view of West Lake from the room was very serene. Since the hotel is located at the far end of the lake, it is also more quiet. I like the traditional design of the room. A good choice if you are tired of the busy Old Quarter of Hanoi and wants to relax near the big lake. Breakfast was good with many Korean food options (since there are many Korean tourist) and also local Vietnamese selections.
