Good location with reasonable price. Although the reception only opens from 9-12, the reception staff is friendly and willing to help with any plans in Vienna. However, the room is old, TV has strange sound and only one channel, and the wifi is poor. Also there is no air conditioning in the room, which is very hot in summer time as the ventilation is not enough to get wind in. Other things are fine.

Absolutely worth every penny spent. I saw somebody's comment on hotel's.com, and was really worried that I would not be able to get inside, since I arrived 1:00AM in the morning. But everything worked out perfect. I was connected to the reception at no time, loved the apartment, it's pretty comfortable, and the location is very good as well, there are tram 43 and 44 that can take you directly to underground in two stops. There are also supmarkets and a lot of stores just right outside. The reception lady was wonderful, very patient, and willing to help. Would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna.

Bra boende med fantastiskt läge. När vi var där var det värmebölja så ac hade inte skadat.

Bra plassering "nært til alt". Taxiholdeplass og trikk rett utenfor. Godt utstyrt kjøkken for utleieleilighet å være. Ikke noe å utsette på hverken renhold, sengetøy eller håndklær. Enkel inn- og utsjekking. Alser Café rett rundt hjørnet med god mat og hyggelig service. Dagligvarebutikk rett nedi gaten. Bra for slitne turistføtter! Vinduene vendte ut mot lukket "bakgård". Skulle kanskje gjerne sett ut på gaten, men dette ville nok også medført mye støy, så alt i alt helt supert!

Expansive corner property on the 2nd floor, excellent and simple check in instructions. We ran into the cleaning lady on our way into our room, and she was very nice and helpful. The bed was a little sloped and firm, but we would not hesitate to stay again!

Good location and closes to public transportation.

La struttura è poco distante dal centro di Vienna, raggiungibile con i tram che passano nella via principale che costeggia l'edificio; a pochi passi dal portone ci sono DM, Billa, Interspar, bar e ristoranti. nella struttura è possibile utilizzare la sala lavanderia al costo di 5 euro per un gettone per la lavatrice, mentre asciugatrice e ferro da striro sono messi a disposizione gratuitamente. il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile e tempestivo nel rispondere on-line. L'angolo cottura è ben fornito con macchinetta del caffè a capsule e utensili da cucina. L'appartamento è risultato pulito, ampio e arioso, l'affaccio sulla via principale, Alser Strasse, è stato piacevole. Migliorerei la qualità dei materassi, un po' datati e personalmente prevederei delle tende maggiormente oscuranti, anche se mi rendo conto che non tutti hanno questa esigenza, forse tipicamente italiana.

Good transport links. Nice quiet area. Large rooms with lots of space. Could do with air conditioning as got quite hot

The inclusion of a small kitchenette, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, was an invaluable feature, whether you’re in Vienna for business or leisure. The location struck the perfect balance—it’s in a quiet area, ensuring peaceful nights, yet conveniently close to the city center and all major attractions. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the host. It was evident that they genuinely care about their guests and strive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Traveling with my little companion, a small Pomeranian, was made easy here. He slept soundly in the room, undisturbed by any noises—a rare and much-appreciated comfort for pet owners. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with pets and are concerned about their comfort during the trip. It’s a perfect blend of convenience, warmth, and exceptional care.

Doesn't look much from the outside, but very nice apartment. Close to transport links or around 25 minute walk to central Vienna, 10 minutes to HOHO bus at Votive church. Cleas instructions on how to access apartment. Overall we had a lovely stay and were very happy

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Two grocery stores are nearby. I could walk to major points of interest around 30 minutes.
