Everything was exceptional.

Great

They were allowing a barbecue party to take place under our window in the parking lot. They would not give us a refund when we requested it and we were only an hour into our stay. It appeared to be blood on the drapes and something else gross on the lampshade. There were people in the parking lot that were clearly not at all sober but they eventually drove away.

We first got assigned to a room that was assigned to someone else. The second room smelled like a smoking room. We woke up congested.

wonderful stay! staff always greeted us with good morning, great breakfast options, and very clean.

Room smelled like someone smoked and covered up with spray deodorizer!

located in a great area. clean and enjoyed our stay.

The room had a very strong odor of bug spray, to the point I had to keep spraying body spray throughout our stay. The people above us were maybe practicing for the 50yard dash all night long. There is one very thin blanket but it doesn’t get very cold even with the AC on 60 and high. Other than that it was ok. We skipped breakfast. We had the jetted tub room that was nice. This is my 3rd hotel in Terrell and it will be 2nd best on my list now. Staff was super friendly. Small parking lot. over looks the outlet stores. Elevator was a little sketchy took the stairs on the way out.

Love everything about this place from the staff, to the cleanliness and the breakfast options! I will stay here again!!!

Nice place.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel itself was a bit dated and the rooms can be a bit loud. Breakfast was nice and they kept the property clean. It was convenient for my needs.

The furniture was outdated and there were dead bugs in the windows with spider webs!

My room was musty smelling and damp feeling

Enjoyed the location of the Hotel. Walking distance to shopping center, restaurant and a dance hall.

I had a great stay! The facility was clean and the staff was so friendly!!!

The elevator was slow very sketchy. Beds were hard. Breakfast ends at 10 on Saturday so they stop make food at 9 even though their hotel was sold out. So not everyone was able to eat.. lots of unhappy parents.
